party counsel be able to get comfortable. But, that - that - that thing has pretty wide-spread

KARIN: We really, really area, so, um, OK, 109.
GREG: Yeah, um, and then, you know, if I'll - he - he didn't - he didn't feel very
4 comfortable guaranteeing that price, ah, and so, he said, basically he'd do the 50 and - and

if, um, if ah, you know, if we get to the end of the tomorrow and - and he's willin' to do
another 25 and you're willin' to do another 25, then, you know, we can do that, or whatever

KARIN: Right.
GREG: -- but ah, just as - as much as this thing can get out of the money that quick -

GREG: -- those numbers are ramping up.
KARIN: OK, we'll, thank you very much for um, all your hard work on - on going to bat
13 for us here and um helping us ah, with this pricing while we work out the contract stuff.

GREG: OK, so what are we gonna - I mean, are you pretty much working that we're gonna
try and have this deal so Ican at least tell him whe - cause a, I'm mean, ah, we realize we
have to get this contract in place, but -
17 KARIN: Right.

GREG: Um -
KARIN: Um, yeah, area you looking for some level of commitment here?
GREG: Well, yeah, I mean, you're askin' me for some level of commitment, and -
21 KARIN: yeah, yeah, I - I don't - I have to see, I'm trying think of, you know, what I can

give you, ah, that ah - I can tell you that we're working in absolute good faith negotiations
on getting this contract in.
GREG: OK, All right -
KARIN: and I can tell you that we will, you know, that we're definitely looking at at least
25, hopefully 50, um, and you know, potentially even as much as 75.
27 GREG: OK, so, you wanna, now, so, um, you are, ah -you're looking at possibly only 25

28 megawatts?



KARIN: It's a potential.

2 GREG: OK, I'd like to just let our trader know, because he's steppin' out. I mean, he's at

3 significant risk, so I-Iwould like to know, um, what we're um, you know what we're asking

4 him to - to hold.

KARIN: Um, and I hone - I just don't have, um, a definite answer yet on if it's the 25 or
the 50.
GREG: OK.
KARIN: Um, and again, there is still the potential of 75.
GREG: OK.
IO KARIN: Um, we're feeling less - just like you're feeling less comfortable, we're feeling less

comfortable going out for -
GREG: Right.
KARIN: -- um, a whole 75 as, with these kinds of prices and this length of contract, so -
GREG: Yeah.
· KARIN: -- um, you know, and that's kind of another reason why we're thinking of, even, I
mean 50 is what actually we are looking for, but we might consider going down lower -
GREG: OK.
KARIN: -- for simply that reason.
GREG: Um -
KARIN: But, um, you know as far as -
GREG: Do you wanna, I mean, do you wanna just get back to me in the next 15 minutes
and just say - 'cause I - I would really like to tell him we're either talking about 25 or we're
talking about 50. And - and I think he's indifferent. I think he - he's, you know, actu -
24 KARIN: I - I don't think I'll know that answer until tomorrow.
