  3. [M4F] The Meadow [Relaxation][HFO][Hands Free Orgasm]
  4.
  5. Concentrate
  6.
  7. Concentrate on the sound of this voice
  8.
  9. Concentrate on the sound of my voice
  10.
  11. Ignore all other sound
  12.
  13. My voice is the only thing you hear
  14.
  15. Follow my voice
  16.
  17. I will be your guide
  18.
  19. I will be your guide on a journey
  20.
  21. A journey to a place of calm
  22.
  23. A place of rest
  24.
  25. A place of deep, lasting happiness.
  26.
  27. Take my hand
  28.
  29. Take my hand and follow me
  30.
  31. Follow me as we walk
  32.
  33. We walk at a slow but steady pace
  34.
  35. We walk on a pleasant summer evening
  36.
  37. The sun is warm in the sky
  38.
  39. But the evening's breeze is cool
  40.
  41. It is a perfect evening to walk together
  42.
  43. We could walk this way for hours you and I
  44.
  45. Just enjoying each other's company
  46.
  47. Enjoying the freshness of the air
  48.
  49. We are happy as we walk.
  50.
  51. Contented
  52.
  53. We walk over old cobblestone roads
  54.
  55. We pass vibrant cafe's and eateries
  56.
  57. The world is alive around us with the sounds of other people
  58.
  59. Other couples also enjoying what the evening has to offer
  60.
  61. But the only sound
  62.
  63. The only sound that touches you
  64.
  65. Is the sound of my voice
  66.
  67. Continue to concentrate on the sound of my voice
  68.
  69. Knowing that we are together. Alone.
  70.
  71. But not isolated. Still part of something larger. A community.
  72.
  73. Eventually this liveliness begins to fall behind us
  74.
  75. The streets we walk are quiet now
  76.
  77. We are more alone together, happy with the added intimacy
  78.
  79. We walk together closely
  80.
  81. Arm in arm
  82.
  83. Our footsteps matching
  84.
  85. Synchronising
  86.
  87. We step together
  88.
  89. A sense of peace and understanding deep with us
  90.
  91. In the distance we begin to see a lovely meadow
  92.
  93. It is a large field filled with long grasses
  94.
  95. As we approach we see it is actually off to the side of the road and below us.
  96.
  97. There is a long stairway leading down to the meadow
  98.
  99. Without needing any words we both decide to explore becoming landscape
  100.
  101. We walk to the top of the stair and as we take the first step we discover that time is slowing.
  102.
  103. This is a curious but very comforting feeling.
  104.
  105. We know we could turn back at any time if we wanted to.
  106.
  107. But we both wish to continue forward.
  108.
  109. We know that we are both very safe here
  110.
  111. Together
  112.
  113. So we step down to the first step
  114.
  115. And it talkes an entire breath for our foot to reach the stair
  116.
  117. [Breath]
  118.
  119. As our foot touches the stair we become more relaxed
  120.
  121. More peaceful
  122.
  123. We step to the second stair. This step now takes two breaths.
  124.
  125. [Breath]
  126. [Breath]
  127.
  128. And again as our foot touches the stair we feel more relaxed. More peaceful. This time also lighter. Almost as if walking on air.
  129.
  130. The third step is next and it takes three breaths
  131.
  132. [Breath]
  133. [Breath]
  134. [Breath]
  135.
  136. Our foot touches the step and our relaxation increases and depends further. Any weight of the day seems to float away from us. Leaving us calm and peaceful.
  137.
  138. We reach our foot out for step four. Taking four breaths
  139.
  140. [Breath]
  141. [Breath]
  142. [Breath]
  143. [Breath]
  144.
  145. As our foot touches the step a calming warmth surrounds us. A peaceful blanket giving us comfort. Allowing us to reach an even greater state of relaxation.
  146.
  147. Step five is before us and we slowly step forward anticipating the five breaths it will take to reach the step
  148.
  149. [Breath]
  150. [Breath]
  151. [Breath]
  152. [Breath]
  153. [Breath]
  154.
  155. As we reach step five we stop and stand a moment. Just enjoying feeling so relaxed. So calm. So peaceful. With this step we begin to feel loved. A love from without. The love of the world for us. But also a love from within. An acceptance and appreciation of who we are.
  156.
  157. As we stand there we realize we are halfway down the stairs. Only another five stairs remain. What's more, our perception of time has adjusted and seems normal again.
  158.
  159. We know that further steps will still be slow, but only one breath each.
  160.
  161. The meadow becons us so we continue onwards. Down the stairs to step six
  162.
  163. [Breath]
  164.
  165. The lightness of our step increases. Walking or indeed movement of any kind requires no energy. We could travel for days if we wanted to just by thinking about it.
  166.
  167. Step seven
  168.
  169. [Breath]
  170.
  171. Our sense of peace and inner quiet grows. Pushing back completely the other voices we carry in our heads. All is quiet save our breathing, our footsteps and the pleasant pull of the meadow
  172.
  173. Step eight
  174.
  175. [Breath]
  176.
  177. Calm. We are calm. Calm pervades us from head to toe. All our worries all our concerns are long gone. We can barely remember a time when we were not calm. Worry is a thing that used to happen. Now we are just calm.
  178.
  179. Step nine
  180.
  181. [Breath]
  182.
  183. We are safe here. We are happy here. Contented. We are confident in ourselves. In our value. We know we are good, kind, caring. We are unique and valuable. We are loved.
  184.
  185. Step ten
  186.
  187. [Breath]
  188.
  189. We are now at the bottom of the stairs and at the edge of the meadow.
  190.
  191. The meadow stretches before us. The long grass is to our waist. We look at each other. We see joy and happiness on each others face. We nod, acknowledging each other's perfection.
  192.
  193. And we begin to walk into the meadow.
