Call Centre Staff: "you've changed my computer and now my stuff isn't on it"
Me: "What stuff is that that you're missing"
Call Centre Staff: "my stuff"
Me: "ok i need more information what is it you're missing, where was it located"
Call Centre Staff: "on the bottom of my screen, *list of programs and websites*"
Me: "well X Program should be on your desktop"
Call Centre Staff: "What's that"
Me: "......your screen? just the screen?"
Call Centre Staff: "ok but what about *list of websites*"
Me: "Aren't those just websites?"
Call Centre staff: "I don't know, you're not very helpful, i'll just ask my manager"
