[09:45] Those iconic golden hues would drift around the table to everyone present, making a fuss about him not wearing his wrappings around his face. Honestly, he was thankful that it distracted them from the fact his left arm was in a sling. He'd divert his gaze as he'd answer.

"Of course it's me.. I just.. Didn't feel the need to wrap my face.."

Or maybe it was because he couldn't, given he only had one good arm to use. "... Didn't you people hear it's rude to stare."

He'd say moderately uncomfortable. This was a mistake.

[09:50] Kakusei quirked eyebrow as he realized that someone sat next to him. He took a glance at them, beginning to stare idly as he tried to figure out whoever that Mysterious Person is. Although he couldn't put quite a fingar on it....

All was clear when he the handsome lad spoke. Kakusei recognized that voice; it was Revan but without his generic bandages. He felt somewhat confused considering he didn't look deformed like he'd imagined, maybe the guy was just too shy.

He shifted his gaze away from him, fixating his eyes down on the table infront of him. He seemed somewhat bored.

"Didn't think i'll see you without your wraps... Not bad."

[10:09] There was panic settling into the young Task as more and more people entered the room, more eyes noticing his face. He'd do his best to look away, to ignore him, but he couldn't shake the gaze that he felt from everyone in the room.

He could feel his heart rise, his breathing gradually become less and less stable. With Kiri's offer to leave? He would happily take it, not minding who the offer came from. The teen was simply happy to escape.

Following her to the top of the manor, they would gaze over the courtyard, the trees out in the distance just before spying the wide expanse of the ocean.

".. Thank you.. For.. Getting me out of there.."

He would eventually say, breaking the silence.

[10:13] Kiri would sit on the railing as Revan spoke looking out into the ocean as well. Kicking her legs happy and slow seeming to enjoy herself.

"I know the look of anxiety all to well Revan. I was terrified of eyes and even small crowds not to long ago now."

She would look back over her shoulder into his eyes.
"Im just happy i could help a friend in need."

[10:19] Oh the magic of breathing, maybe it was the fact he got out of the room before his anxieties got the better of him, but he would find the air up here much more calming. Pulling his golden hues from the ocean, he would look at the woman beside him, a natural reaction to look into her eyes, but quickly he would break away as she mentioned her fear of eyes.

".. So.. That's why you ran from Fenes.. Those few times.."

He'd take note, suddenly realizing it was a phobia of hers. "Was it.. Just small crowds, Or crowds in general?" Curiosity getting the better of him, he would be a little surprised that she had already considered him a friend.

"I.. Also do not particularly.. Enjoy crowds.. I.. Mmh.. It takes me.. A while to adjust to.. New people.."

[10:26] She would chuckle a bit as he looked away from her. Looking out to the ocean once again, she spoke, "Yes among other things, that why i ran."

She would stop kicking her feet looking at them below her.
"I wanted to run from most any amount of people, the more attenion on me the more i wanted to leave."

Kiri looks back to Revan again eyeing his wraped arm. "I still strugle sometimes with people but ill get better at it, i go day by day.

Looking now into his golden eyes again. "Im sure you will get better to, your off to a good start so far, im proud of you Revan.

[10:38] Quietly listening as she shared her struggles, he cold empathize on a number of levels. He told himself that he wore his bandages to help heal his injuries, that they served a function. However, as Saranta had pointed out to him, they hid, concealed much more than the scars and injuries beneath. They were a comforting embrace, much like that of a mother that he never got to experience.

".. I was taught to never run.. Never show fear.. It was a weakness."

Pressing his thumb against the first joint of his fingers, he would pop each one of them. "It is.. Good you are.. Overcoming your fears.. Growth is.. The most important thing we can do.. Even if it is day by day.. So long as we make a change for the better.. Then.. That is the best we can really do.."

He would return his honey hues to meet her gaze, not looking away this time, the corners of his lips curling upwards ever so faintly.

Rubbing her thumb in her palm she said with a considerate look.
"There is no shame in useing something to help you cope whith things. Just look at me?"

She tugged at the collar lightly,"This is helping me until i find a better way to deal with things." Her brow rose a little on one side.

"Theres nothing wrong with being afraid, just dont let your fear define you."

She looked about his face with another considerate look."Would you like me to help you put your wraps back on?"

[11:00] It was a coping mechanism, he always held people at a distance, tried to put something between himself and them. The bandages were just something he could always have, he felt like he had some advantage by hiding his face.

He would note the collar, remembering that Fenes had mentioned she asked her to put it on, though he wondered why that was the case. ".. May I.. Ask why.. You chose the collar as a.. Way to cope?" He'd ask with a curious tilt of his head.

As she offered to help him wrap his face once again, he would feel a sudden relief, the temptation to go back into hiding. Though, he would shake his head.

"No.. No.. I.. Don't need them.."

He'd try to reassure himself, as uncomfortable as it made him, he could tell how touched each of his guildmates were to finally see him walk around without the mask on. The encouragement they gave to him gave him strength, though he wished they didn't make such a fuss of it.

[11:15] Canting to his head to the side, it was not a problem that Revan ever had to experience. Between his two brothers, he was the last to develop his magic, having the weakest until he finally unlocked the raw mana that he inherited from his Father.

When he did achieve it, he would push himself, constantly keeping it flared until he exhausted himself. Everyday he would hold it just a little longer, achieving a little more power.

"Mmm.. Have you tried.. Using as much of your magic.. And exhaust your reserves..? Perhaps that might.. Give you some semblance of control.. Meditation may also help.." Pausing, he would think of others who struggled with their magic, Lilly being one of them.

"I know that.. Runes can also.. Lock away parts of your magic.. Giving you access to just enough.. Until you can gradually increase it.. More and more.." He would suggest, hating to see someone have to go so far as to having to wear an antimagic collar.

"My magic pulls from my feelings and nothing more. It makes my emotions pour into the world and those around me unlucky enough to get close enough to them."

She would pause in silence for a moment,"One day ill have a way to use my power in the right way, without poeople getting hurt.." She would look off into the sea again when she stoped speaking.

[11:36] Clicking his tongue behind his teeth, he'd listen as she shared her struggles. It seemed she had tried everything to control her magic, but emotions were such a fickle thing.

"So.. You're trying to control your emotions.. Once you do that.. Then you'll try so without the color.. And then your magic should be in line..? Is that the jist of it?"

He would ask with a cant of his head, trying to make sure he understood her goals clearly.

[11:48] Revan Task asks, "How will you know if you're ready..? What if you remove it.. And.. Your magic still.. Runs rampant?"
[11:48] Kiri Cypher says, "Well, ill have to put it back on, or deal with it some other way."
[11:54] Pressing his lips into a thin line, Revan held his own doubts and concerns about the method. His eyes lingering on the collar before looking out.

"I am.. Just worried the.. Collar.. Will lead to stagnation.." It was an odd way to phrase it, but he would continue on.

"Pain.. Can be good.. It is one of the best teachers.. I have found.. Chaos.. is growth.. When you can learn to adapt within it.. Overcome the challenges.. Then you will achieve your greater self.."

He would share his own philosophy, the reason he found himself constantly bandaged up. It also extended to much greater things, but it was really all he could offer to the woman.

He would reaffirm that they were friends, he still wore the leather armor that she had made for him- though there would be a cut in the left shoulder of it.
