- By buying one or more private plugins from Tortorici Nico, you accept the following terms:
- - You are not authorized to redistribuite the plugin in any way (for free or to pay).
- - You are the buyer, so, you are the only one that can use this plugin.
- - You can use this plugin only in one server/network.
- - You are not authorized to ask for a refund/chargeback.
- - You are allowed to decompile/edit the plugin only with the wrote permission of his author.
- - I am under no obligation to provide support and do so at my own discretion, anyway this doesn't mean that I will not provide support, but I will do it as far as possible.
- The author of the plugin accept the following terms:
- - He will not redistribuite the plugin or use it, he will used only by his buyer.
- - He will provide support as far as possible, but he's not under obligation to provide it.
- If the buyer will not respect one of the ToS:
- - The plugin will be publicly repost, or used in other ways.
