My dear gamemaster,
I really hope that you will treat me as an individual, a fellow mapler. I do acknowledge and respect your verdict, but the verdict is not who I am. Despite the verdict, I maintain that I never actually intended to harm anyone in the Free Market. I am not trying to be uncooperative or obstinate. I understand that I have made serious mistakes, but I honestly still do believe that I am a good person, a good mapler with much potential.

Over the course of the few months that I have been on this server I have watched this process unfold, from being banned to being unbanned. Recently, I have decided to browse through the forums and I came across a post (https://forum.maplelegends.com/index.php?threads/henehoes.19762/#post-149830). The main reason why I was banned is because I was promoting my shop, located in Free Market room #1 in channel 1. I was excited that I had extreme luck today in terms of scrolling, so I wanted to sell the magnificent earrings that I previously scrolled. In the link I provided above, GM Kimberly stated: "Really though if you want chill there's so many different channels you can go to just for that". I honestly did not realize that so many people were traumatized by the rate I was promoting my items. Not once was I warned from an executive of the server, so I decided to continue because if I was really a nuisance, I thought that a gamemaster would contact me. Instead, I was banned on sight. After I disconnected on the mule that I was promoting my items on, I realized that people were truly negatively affected. It breaks my heart that good and honest people were dragged into this disaster because of me. In the past of playing other servers of MapleStory, including the main one, I had a habit of spamming and trying to sell my items at the Free Market, especially in Channel 1. I really did not think that this type of act would be this deadly in this server, and now I know.

I really feel like I should try to explain my personality and lifestyle. I am an irreverent and persistent individual, who has never been shy about speaking my mind. Growing up I did not have much, but enough to get by. I know this sounds ridiculous, but this perfectly reflects my MapleLegends career. Leveling up, I did not have much and most of the time I could not even afford potions to keep training. When I invested all my mesos that I saved up for months to scroll on this particular day, it turned out better than I have ever imagined. All my scrolls worked, and I finally scrolled some earrings that were worth something. I was hoping that by selling these earrings, I wouldn't have to worry about not being able to afford potions all the time. I let the adrenaline take over and I was spamming faster than ever. I deeply regret this action because ultimately, it led to my downfall. I have not ever been in trouble with MapleLegends Staff, ever, and this has been one of the most startling experiences in my life. I have tried my very best to make a positive impact on many of the people I encounter on this server, from helping people lower level than me quest, to leeching people who needed it.

Throughout my MapleStory career, my own story that I created by myself, I have been blessed in my life to meet some wonderful people who have been better to me than I deserve. I know that I have went against the Terms of Service by spamming, but whether or not this appeal goes through, I hope to make this server proud of me in the many years ahead. I pledge to be more careful about what I say, or how many times I say it. I honestly believe that I can contribute and really make a positive difference in this server if you gamemasters give me a chance.
