  47. The answer would depend on whether or not the system you're attempting to outsmart is acting in an official capacity.
  48. If they do any type of background check at all to verify the identity there would be no possible way to bypass it without breaking the law. Do not break the law.
  49. If they are not a government entity, do not do verification, or are too busy to bother with in-depth verification; one could Photoshop documents with fake information. (fake name, address, etc.)
  50. It's a strong possibility they would overlook it if they are strapped for time. Even Paypal has been known to overlook things like this in the past. However, if you're receiving any type of payment from this "system", that would also be breaking the law. Do not break the law.
  51. Anyways, this is a very ambiguous question, and I did my best to answer it.
