  14. Forwarded for your information on behalf of the Installation Operations Center concerning the weekly test of Fort Belvoir's "giant voice" outdoor emergency alert system. The GV is intended to alert persons who are outdoors. Persons indoors who hear the giant voice should check for the alert posted simultaneously through global e-mail, the Fort Belvoir social media sites at http://www.facebook.com/fortbook and http://www.twitter.com/Fort_Belvoir. When appropriate, the message is also posted to the Belvoir Info hotline at (703) 805-3030 and Belvoir AM Radio AM1610.
