Kagetsu Tohya

tl;dr - Nanaya, Len & Kouma are the two main new characters. Len's a familiar who temporarily takes Arcueid as her master, and causes strange dreams and nightmares, but isn't harmful. Kouma is a demon man from a Tohno family branch (Kishima) who murdered Shiki's Nanaya family. Nanaya (Shiki Nanaya) appears as part of Len's tricks but Kouma shows up and murders his image. All the images are worth clicking once IMO

The whole game refers to itself as being 'some arbitrary time' after the first game, well after dealing with Nero and Roa vampires. All the characters are still around from Tsukihime.

Shiki starts off on summer, meets Arcueid on the street. They have a nice conversation, then Arcueid knocks Shiki unconscious. He wakes up 2 days later, Hisui won't tell him what happened.


Shiki has a tea date with Ciel. Neco-Arc appears as hallucinations saying rude things about Ciel eating too much, and Ciel thinks its Shiki saying it. It turns out Neco-Arc was a tea room cat demon who was just really jealous Arcueid. Ciel and Arcueid fight, then Arcueid yells "Itadakimasu!" and starts eating Ciel's lunch. Arcueid calls Ciel fat and they continue fighting. The scene ends with a literal Rocky freeze frame (https://i.imgur.com/nXHlVFZ.png).

Shiki goes home and Hisui greets him warmly. Shiki later finds Hisui in the kitchen and Hisui tries to hide how she's making "Fish-sama" for Shiki, but Shiki figures it out. Hisui thinks she needs to cook properly in order to be a real maid (Kohaku does the cooking for the mansion). Hisui gets embarrased and smitten and asks Shiki what kind of food he likes. Shiki goes to leave and Kohaku says she watched the whole thing and teases Shiki. Later Akiha, Shiki and the maids have tea after dinner. Akiha is supposedly rejecting some marriage proposal. Kohaku asks if Shiki was in a neighboring town, he says no, then apparently there's some look-a-like out there. According to Akiha "One will be suspended if found talking to someone of the opposite gender." Apparently there's some murders happening in this neighboring town and Akira is Shiki's friend. Shiki goes to bed and a strange black cat shows up in his blurry consciousness before bed (Len's cat)

The next day after breakfast, Shiki has choices on what to do.

1)
Shiki decides to go to Akiha's room (?) and barges into her bedroom (??) while she's changing (lewd scene). Shiki has inner dialogue about how cute she is. Then apparently Shiki falls unconscious to a trap and winds up in a prison (basement) with his extremities tied up. Kohaku shows up with two needles and a creepy face (https://i.imgur.com/u0QvpWU.png) and it results in BAD END.

2)
Shiki decides to help Hisui. Hisui tells Shiki that she should do it herself, then Shiki blatantly says he wants to spend time with her, so she gives in. Then quite literally out of nowhere this happens https://imgur.com/a/o6rnJw0 Shiki just keeps his hand there as they both stare at it for awhile. Then Kohaku comes in and yells at him, and Akiha joins. The girls make Shiki do manual labor. Later he finds Hisui in the kitchen, who's trying to practice making food. Shiki teaches her about cutting food. Then later Hisui asks if Shiki is going to move out eventually, he says yes, then Hisui tells Shiki to take her with him, they have a moment, then Kohaku barges in and ruins the moment.

During the evening Shiki's deadset on getting barbecue for dinner instead of Kohaku's cooking, so he takes a train to the next town. He arrives, sees everything in greyscale for a minute, then goes back to normal. Apparently Aozaki Aoko is the regular winner of the eating contest at this place. Then out of nowhere Nanaya shows up, and Shiki immediately knows its the rumored killer. Shiki has a weird existential moment but recovers as Nanaya's image fades

3)
Shiki visits Ciel's house in the morning. She's apparently tired from vampire hunting because she's the only one in town doing it. Ciel's part of the student council and the president's been hitting on her. Ciel then smittently says she'd rather have someone (Shiki) return her feelings. Shiki gets roped into eating breakfast with Ciel at her apartment before going to school. It turns out Ciel was supposedly making curry for breakfast, Shiki says he probably shouldn't have curry for breakfast, and Ciel's like "no, we're not having curry for breakfast, what's wrong with you." They go to school late. During school, Shiki has a vision of Len and Nanaya. Shiki decides to bail on school, goes outside and has more hallucinations about the days repeating themselves. Then he wakes up in the grass and is still at school.

Shiki goes to Arcueid's apartment at night, and is eaten alive by a black cheetah while he discovers her underwear. BAD END

5)
Shiki goes to Arcueid's apartment, Shiki talks to Arcueid about his dreams. Arcueid admits that Len is her accomplice and messes with his dreams. Shiki hangs out with Arcueid for the morning instead of going to school. Arcueid talks about how she met some guy during the day in school uniform who knows Shiki and wanted to say hi to him, but also tells Arcueid to tell Shiki that he's a traitor. Shiki gets coerced into making Arcueid breakfast. Shiki accidentally puts garlic in there, and Arcueid freaks out.

Shiki plays cards with the maids and Akiha, where the maids have some hidden language tech they use to communicate. Then Shiki was sabotaging Akiha and Akiha freaks out and flips the table. Everyone scolds her but she doesn't care. Shiki later plays cards with his friend Arihiko, and apparently Mahjong is what 'darkness girls' play (as if its some sort of cult taboo), and Shiki finds out his sister plays Mahjong to his despair. For some reason Shiki barges back into Akiha's room, and meets Kohaku in her mage outfit doing surveillance. Shiki jokingly plays along and pursues Kohaku, then Kohaku plants a trap and captures him in her prison. Kohaku injects him with needles. BAD END

New romantic? interest Akira shows up on another path. Akiha's underclassman. They have a date at the dessert place at 10am?? Then go to lunch after. Apparently she (Akira) has some future prediction power.

Shiki goes to his friend Arihiko's house and meets Ichigo outside, Arihiko's big sister. Later, Shiki goes back to their house, sees no one is home but hears a loud bang and rustling, so goes inside the house, goes upstairs and peeks in the room. The game makes a big suspenseful horror moment only to show some nymph fox girl eating carrots out of a box for like, 10 frames before cutting back to darkness. Ichigo is outside and she says she'll deal with it. Later Arihiko is suspicious that Shiki is a body double, and says he thought he saw Shiki (probably Nanaya) in town. Later, Shiki goes into town alone, fights a vampire, then retreats

Shiki goes to school with Akiha. They break at the beginning of the day, then Shiki finds Len's black cat image in the courtyard, and interacts with it. Then Shiki and Arihiko have lunch together, and they gossip about the monster cat haunting the school. Shiki goes out at night to find the cat, and encounters it... https://i.imgur.com/4c4NQ6f.png The cat (clearly Arcueid) follows Shiki back to his room. Then the next morning Shiki starts acting like a cat against his will. Hisui comes in to wake him up for the day, and he hides then acts like a cat, and she goes along with it without a beat, then later apparently seems like she didn't know he wasn't a cat. Shiki goes into Akiha's room unnoticed, and finds her writing some fan fiction about Shiki and Akiha on a romantic date (https://i.imgur.com/949vtrx.png) Akiha sees Shiki as a cat, and has some intuition something is wrong, and chases him out. Kohaku finds Shiki the cat, rubs him and gives him a bath to his excitement. Before his "dream" wears off he realizes there was something hidden in the deatched house. When Shiki wakes up the next day, he finds a secret key in the detached house.

The school festival starts, something everyone has been talking about and hyping up the whole game. Shiki goes through a haunted house segment, only to be greeted by cat Akiha (https://i.imgur.com/CbcVpEj.png then https://i.imgur.com/ZmGf7c5.png). Shiki works at a costume stand called "marble phantasm" (which is a reference to Arcueid' unique abilities). Kohaku shows up, scolds Shiki but has a playful attitude. Kohaku apparently brought a change of clothes and whips out her Chinese dress cheongsam (seen in Melty). She impersonates a Chinese kungfu master and bosses Shiki around.

Shiki hangs out with Akira (middle schooler) at the school festival. Akira is scared of seeing Akiha show up, who is her older senpai. Shiki insists on leaving Akira to Akiha's care but she vehemently refuses for some unknown reason. Akiha shows up and seems like she's cool but she wants to talk to Akira one on one (presumably for hanging out with Shiki) .

Later Hisui shows up in the school, has a bunch of dudes following her around as she silently inspects the school looking for Shiki. Then Shiki finds her and she gets emotional. Hisui never leaves the mansion, so it's a big deal, and she delivers her promised bento to Shiki. They go outside to the courtyard and eat it (https://i.imgur.com/MXETZX8.png) Shiki has an existential crisis when getting ready to eat Hisui's food, which is apparently notoriously a blow up. She made little sandwiches. "The pain and sourness makes me want to cry."

Shiki finally has an interaction with Len, who is sitting on a park bench. She doesn't say anything at all, but he spends time with her talking about random things. Then she fades away. Later Shiki returns home, and apparently strolls in to the dining room where Akiha and the maids are, they freak out and blush and he can't figure it out. Apparently he just wasn't wearing a shirt and was completely unaware.

At night Shiki decides to leave his knife behind for once and go out. He wanders into the same alleyway Satsuki was first found as a vampire, and finds Len there (https://i.imgur.com/lG9dyi6.png) They walk around at night, and Shiki continues to talk to her, then she literally just disappears mid conversation right in front of him.

Shiki wanders outside the mansion and falls asleep in the side hut (the same one from Tsukihime where Akiha gets blood from Kohaku), and falls asleep. Hisui finds him there on Akiha's order, but watches him sleep peacefully for 30 minutes, then admits to it when Shiki wakes up. They have a sweet moment then Akiha barges in and blows it up.

Everyone in the house notices a black cat outside, and also start to say they all are having routine nightmares. Shiki later at night goes out on his own, and meets up with Nanaya, and they have a knife fight. They duel closely and Shiki barely loses, gets his head snapped off. BAD END. Side note, what's sick is that this move is in Melty for Nanaya, where he jumps over the enemy and snaps their head

Shiki has a scene where he just randomly goes to Arcueid's room when she's not there and hangs out. Then later he goes back and Arcueid is there, halfway clothed, and she begs him to sleep in her bed with him. He gives in, she falls asleep immediately, then he does too. Shiki has a dream about Hime (https://i.imgur.com/PYlaFti.png) Hime explains about messing with him with her familiar (Len), refers to herself as Crimson Moon, then murders Shiki into specifically 18 pieces in the dream, then he wakes up.

Shiki finds Nanaya out in public again, and Nanaya draws him to an alleyway. They both draw their knives, but then Nanaya says he'll wait for Shiki in the world of shadows. Shiki blanks out, then comes to and thinks he's doing something completely different with his day.

Shiki ditches school and goes home to see either Hisui or Kohaku. He barges into Kohaku's room to find her GAMING (https://i.imgur.com/oMeHiKX.png). She tries to be coy when exposed but they quickly bond (this rules https://i.imgur.com/GlUxuJC.png https://i.imgur.com/cEy0ZyU.png)

Shiki goes to Ciel's place and they go out on a date after Shiki coerces her to stop studying. They go to a restaurant, Ciel orders curry bread and falls in love with it, then orders Shiki to give her all his money so she can get more. Later at night, they walk around town, but Shiki loses composure when he sees a version of Ciel with creepy red eyes. He tells Ciel and she inquires more, as though she understands entirely. They go to an alleyway and Red Ciel is there, and Ciel fights. Ciel is fast but loses consciousness and all composure around this other entity. Shiki tries to escape with Ciel, but then Ciel disappears and Red Ciel creepily tells Shiki that she'll need him for something later.

At the festival, Ciel changes into a "too tight" PE outfit (according to Shiki) for a track and field competition. Ciel makes Shiki promise to have lunch with her. Then, Akiha shows up in a PE outfit and also asks Shiki to have lunch after the competition. He agrees then later realizes he promised both. They begrudgingly have lunch all together (https://i.imgur.com/xnZaRmu.png) The scene escalates and they fight, then this one, Shiki wakes up from a dream at 4am.

Shiki gets a job at a tea dessert place. Len shows up and people think its Miyako, Shiki's adoptive sister. Len goes in on cake (https://i.imgur.com/LZHxZhs.png)

One afternoon, Shiki decides to make some tea & treats for Kohaku and surprise her, so he goes to her room and she lets him in happily. Blushing Kohaku https://i.imgur.com/dyKFy1R.png Later Shiki finds Kohaku in Makihisa's room (deceased Tohno father, bad guy generally) looking at a safe. She wants to know what's in it, then Shiki whips out the key he found earlier. Apprently it needs 2 keys so Kohaku asks Shiki to figure out where the other was. (the first was in the detached house as a 'secret').

One night, Tokie shows up. (According to the wiki, she's a "foxy seductress who targets younger men", but she's an accomplished physician and daughter of a well known doctor, who treated Shiki during his critical condition when his family was killed. Shiki's first sexual partner, apparently). (https://i.imgur.com/yvF6gtw.png) However her scene in the game here is very normal and not weird. She tells him to visit her father for Shiki's regular treatment. Later that night Shiki has a fever dream, and goes out to hunt down Nanaya again. Nanaya apparently is about to endanger Len, so Shiki fights and rescues Len. He talks to Len about how Nanaya is messing with his mind and Len in their dreams, and vows to hunt him. Fight time https://i.imgur.com/q2Juzjz.png they engage, both survive, then Shiki enters some sort of dream state and finally Kouma shows up for the first time (https://i.imgur.com/359gEcE.png) and decapitates Nanaya. Then Shiki wakes up and wonders what really happened

Shiki gets the urge to go back to his father's room in the mansion. He does, then sets off a trap and Kohaku shows up as a mage https://i.imgur.com/KsqoP33.png The game enters a quiz section about stars, a question about Lira (money), the board game Go, Japanese history about Musashi and Kojiro, Akihabara, science, Chinese Zodiac, food, and Japanese national birds. Shiki gets a whole slew of other random questions about Tsukihime events. Getting them correct, Kohaku flies away. Shiki finds the other secret key he was looking for.

Later Shiki goes out to get barbecue and encounters demon man Kouma again (https://i.imgur.com/pl7dHQ3.png) He raises his hand in his classic Melty grab pose.

Shiki goes to the doctor Jinan Sougen's house. He slams his hands into Shiki's body to correct it, to Shiki's pain. But it works. Before Shiki leaves, he confides in Jinan and asks him about all the weird things happening with Shiki's nightmares, Nanaya, Kouma and Len. Jinan first scolds Shiki, but then warms up and says that if he's thinking yesterday, today and tomorrow are all blending, then today is the most important day to cherish. THEN Jinan says "haha, I'm lying", and says that he is also caught in some time loop. Jinan apparently had known Shiki's father well (and did not get along with him), and refers to Nanaya as "Nanaya Kiri", which is actually Shiki's biological father, but Shiki doesn't know yet.

Shiki finally goes back to his father's room with Kohaku to open the safe with the 2 keys. They debate cutely about who should open it, then Shiki does and finds nothing but a picture of him and one of Akiha, Arcueid, Hisui or Kohaku as children (depending on which "route" youve been following) For Akiha, https://i.imgur.com/QDMs614.png . Shiki embarrasingly takes the photo, and Kohaku agrees he should. Kohaku had been looking for that photo for a long time, and was happy to just have seen it. For Hisui, Shiki gets Kohaku to take it until he's ready to accept it, to which she agrees after resisting. Arcueid's, Shiki is confused, and Kohaku scolds Shiki for being too friendly as a kid, and Kohaku pulls a rope and Shiki goes flying into the dungeon for BAD END.

Shiki talks with Arcueid, who reveals that Len is her familiar, but that she's only taking care of Len and that she's not her master. She explains about familiars and how they are magical extensions of the owner, but sort of their own being. Len was made from a cat corpse and some other magic, and has some sort of light demonic contract to still exist. Shiki refers to an incident where Arcueid sent a dream familiar (this was the insane scene from Tsukihime where Shiki was tied up by Kohaku and sexually assaulted while Akiha masturbated in the corner...) Arcueid says "that's the only time I used Len."

For some insane reason Shiki decides to go into Ciel's apartment and check out her wardrobe without her there. She finds him and threatens his life.

Shiki starts to want to confront the source of his issues, the fear of Nanaya and the demon man Kouma. He finds Len and thanks her. Len busts out a good bye kiss https://i.imgur.com/vb7nGSa.png . Shiki goes into the forest and finds Kouma, and a murdered cat resembling Len's cat form. New epic music comes up as Shiki fights Kouma https://i.imgur.com/YWzj45a.png Shiki's about to lose without really fighting, then the knife comes out and the duel begins. Kouma's touch is "instant death". Kouma grabs him and does big damage to his stomach. Shiki manages to land a deathblow to Kouma, who disappears. Shiki collapses with his messed up stomach, then wakes up in a hospital bed.

Shiki goes downstairs to the mansion to greet the maids, only to be met by Arcueid impostering as Hisui https://i.imgur.com/CqiJokG.png then Hisui shows up in Arcueid's clothes https://i.imgur.com/tJ9aBxh.png

Shiki goes out to find Ciel, who is apparently hunting down this killer (Kouma) herself. A deer shows up, then Shiki warps to the mansion?? Then Akiha scolds Shiki for inviting Akira to the festival, and she inverts (becomes vampire https://i.imgur.com/1xd4wIz.png)

Len shows up and Shiki makes a blood pact with her to beocme her new master, after figuring out that Arcueid did in fact send Len to make sure Shiki was alright. This forces the dream loop to end, then the game plays the beginning sequence of the game, without any time loop. Shiki winds up in the hospital room after he collapsed, and the four girls Arcueid, Akiha, Kohaku and Hisui all greet him and welcome him back to being normal.

Later Shiki sees Len in a crowd of people, but can't keep up and find her.


These below are the dream sequences that are dedicated to Shiki's hallucinations, as opposed to the above which (mostly) take place in the real world. Some of them are silly, but they do give you character details, and a bunch of them are continuations of the heroine arcs from Tsukihime from their perspective rather than Shiki's (e.g., if you picked Arcueid, what would happen after).


In the first story, Ciel's the main character, who is apparently a teacher of a class, and she has 25 years of experience. "Love at first sight" when she sees Shiki the first time (this is the first time you actually see Shiki's design, which you don't see him clearly as a character in all of Tsukihime). Ciel gets permission from the principal to do whatever she wants with Shiki. Girls are here in class (Kohaku, Hisui, Yumizuka, Akiha) in class. So is Roa, who's part of a gang, with a member that pays for 10,000 yen goods with 1 yen at a time. Nero's in class too, who is here for animal club. Hisui gets scolded for talking with Shiki while doing a chore for Ciel. Roa says something lewd to Ciel (the teacher) and gets flown across the room. They have a lesson on vampires, and Nero knows the most. It turns into a competition. Nero gets kicked out for having too good a score so Ciel can hit on Shiki. Sacchin (Yumizuka) gets made fun of for not having her own scenario in the first game (some self aware dialogue), then gets mad and loses a point and storms out. Hisui has an emotional moment when the topic of Shiki's love interest comes up, and gets booted. Kohaku and Akiha remain. Kohaku tells Ciel to hurry up calmly. Then they talk about boob size and make fun of Akiha?? Ciel then asks if Shiki and Akiha can be married (remember they are siblings but not by blood). Akiha says they should marry. Arcueid shows up and tells Ciel to back off, and runs away with Shiki. Ciel gets a drink with Kohaku and they bond.

Akiha's story takes place when she's at boarding school for girls. She has two roommates, "Hanei" who is apparently very tall and sweet, and "Tsukihime Souka" who is a rough around the edges girl. https://i.imgur.com/HK7pssd.png . There's a bunch of power struggles in the student council and the dorms among girls. Akiha is the vice president, looking to become president, but she doesn't use underhanded tactics, according to the roommates. Their struggles are apparently physical and very real, and Akiha has "darkness in her heart." Akiha reminisces about how she left the mansion because she was going crazy waiting for Shiki to return home. One of Akiha's classmates Shijou wanted Akiha to disappear, but went to Akiha for help when it got too real (also the game really makes fun of Akiha's small breast size a lot) Akiha has a lot of inner dialogues about how she deeply misses Shiki and wants him to reunite with her. Then her roommates expose her for having a brother complex, which Akiha fights against. One night Akiha goes out to the roof and someone pushes her off. She winds up in the nurse's room, an her roommates comment on how relatively unaffected she was from the fall. Akiha senses Shijou and meets her in a forest at night, and Shijou wants to kill Akiha for the sake of earning her older classmates' favor. Akiha easily knocks her unconscious, but Akiha loses some of her hair. Akiha then gets a letter that Shiki's treatment for his accident is over, and that "SHE" (presumably Arcueid) is taking care of him, so Akiha almost opts to leave immediately from the dorm, but comes to her senses and decides to go home later, when her hair's normal.

Roa gets his own story as the temporary protagonist. Roa initially says that he and "Shiki Tohno" (SHIKI, not the common protagonist Shiki, but the original vampire Tohno SHIKI). Roa comments on Brunestud (effectively Hime) being a threat to not only other vampires but to True Ancestors themselves. Roa was a messenger for the church at first, and about ten Fallen Ancestors roamed. Apparently Roa was the one who "planned and activated the Burial Agency" as a priest of the Church. He says "I was here to create a new Fallen Ancestor and reap its benefits." He confronts Hime in her empty and ruined castle https://i.imgur.com/SzRPhd0.png Roa goes into a very deep exposition to Hime about how Hime's creation happened and what her plan was/currently is. He mentions "Altrouge" as a being that Hime created, and mentions the 27 True Ancestors (who eventually became Dead Apostles, like Nero, Roa and Wallachia). Hime isn't necessarily Arcueid, and it's more like Arcueid is living a life that Hime plans to resume her role in (and take over her body eventually). https://i.imgur.com/TxhGSgn.png

There's some backstory on demon-humans that describe how demon-humans are nearly impossible to take down, as demon hunters' techniques don't work on partially human enemies. Nanaya family is of the Demon Hunters and Kouma is a demon-human, whhere the Kishima family is a branch of the Tohno family. They share similar powers despite being aligned differently. Kiri is introduced as head of the Nanaya household, an expert assassin. Kiri is an emotionless assassin who uses a steel drumstick to ruthlessly murder as nothing but a job, contrasted to his more emotional siblings.  Kiri was sent on a mission of a demonic household, slays a bunch of demons, then identifies his target Saiki, a 'flesh eater with a thousand casaulties'. He takes out his target alongside a small boy, who he stabs his eye in case the boy were to be a threat later. The scene shifts to Shiki in the present, reflecting on his inherently known killing techniques. Then there's dialogue about a boy among the Kishimas (presumbly Kouma) who was a mix of Ogre and Human, and was fairly heavily neglected. Back in time, Kiri talks to a doctor and they discuss how Kiri did end up having a child. Later, Kiri states that he's ready for the Tohno's attack, of about 50 enemies. Kiri says to his cohorts to leave Shiki alone to sleep, and to focus on the enemy. He defeats a slew of enemies, then isolates himself. Then, Kouma appears. Kiri asks if they had met, and it turns out they had, when Kiri was targeting Saiki. Kiri supposedly takes out Kouma's neck in one blow, but Kiri realizes that Kouma's body is 'as hard as steel'. Kiri comments to himself that Kouma apparently has no assassination training, but is just a being born with a ruthlessly powerful body. Kiri takes slashes at the enemy, which would have killed any other man, but to no effect. Kiri laughs to himself and expects to lose, but carefully dodges and stabs Kouma in the neck in the blindside he created when he took out the boy's eye many years ago. Kouma ends up crushing Kiri and killing him. "Nanaya Kiri was an assassin, not a murderer. That's why he only poked out the eye at the time." Kouma apparently "didn't know what pain was" and reacted violently to the stab wound. Finally, Kouma finds Shiki, where Shiki (a boy at the time) asks Kouma if he knows where his father is, and Kouma says "you'll be with him eventually" and leaves.

Arihiko, Shiki's best friend, get's his own dream scenario. He grows up with his sister alone from their parents, and his sister basically does whatever she wants and is not very responsible. So he's mostly on his own. He goes home one day to eat some leftovers, goes upstairs and finds some fox creature eating carrots?? https://i.imgur.com/LNVuda8.png He attempts to wrangle with it, but he phases through. Then she (?) talks back and calls him master. She self identifies as a horse. She then gets confused about who her master really is, and then says her name is Seven. He scoffs and gives her a normal name, Nanako. Arihiko had found a large lump of metal (what you'd later find out is Ciel's Pilebunker, an extremely powerful Church weapon) which came with Nanako as a friendly ghost/familiar. Arihiko wants to return Nanako to her master (who she won't reveal) but Nanako refuses. Tohno shows up and she is scared of him for some subtle reason. Shiki drives Akiha, Kohaku and Hisui to a beach, though it introduces Akiha as "a cousin". Akiha and Shiki are engaged. Their car breaks down on the way back. They wander through a field of blood red flowers, Kohaku tells a ghost story, and the gang goes to a creepy old mansion to ask for help. They enter and notice the mansion's similarities to their own. Creepy and weird things start happening, Shiki thinks Hisui's a ghost, Hisui makes dinner and a dead cat appears in the rice pot, Akiha gets blood on her and Shiki goes with her to clean it off, then Kohaku ends up seemingly dead. Akiha says she suddenly remembers she has an older twin sister that she never met, and that this house was where she grew up. It is apparently called the Asagami Insane Asylum. Hisui shows up after Shiki finds this out with an extremely serious look, and whips out her serious attack (if you want to know where the Melty wavy-hands attack comes from, https://youtu.be/2eWu5zBZH0c?list=PL2ABF6D94EC7704DF&t=253 ) He gets knocked unconscious, and he awakens to "Akiba" who looks identical to Akiha, in vermillion reversion. Akiba's gonna kill them all, Shiki escapes with Hisui, and Hisui admits she's the mastermind of setting up the scenario because she "wanted to control things from behind the scene."

Scenario where Shiki is dating Hisui, and Hisui goes "berserk" and does random weird things. All the girls show up and fight each other for Shiki's attention, Hisui goes unconscious, Ciel figures out that Shiki hasn't been giving Hisui enough attention, and they all scold him. Hisui wakes up and wants Shiki to eat her food like a dog, and the rest agree and are in on it. Shiki wakes up and asks Hisui if she wants to go out on a date, and she warmly agrees.

One scenario has Shiki, the maids and Akiha reminiscing about playing tag, except Kohaku was trapped indoors =[. So they decide to call all of Shiki's friends to plan a day of playing tag. Arihiko, Ciel, Arcueid and Yumizuka show up. Then Nero and SHIKI (Roa) show up. (the game's dialogue is somewhat tongue and cheek and not super serious. Shiki says "Akiha in Vermillion mode" for example). Then it turns out Kohaku invited the undead. Unfortunately Aoko declined her invitation. Everyone playing has to wager something important to them. Nero offers up one of his dogs. Ciel offers her pilebunker. Arcueid offers Shiki as her wager. They all play tag for awhile with a bunch of twists. Shiki is just about to win, then Kohaku disguises herself as Hisui and tricks him, and she wins. Then they have a nice moment about how Kohaku was able to experience playtime as an adult

"Shiki" finds Ciel after 6 months of not seeing her, and they meet at a place where a whole bunch of dead bodies are, and they try to figure out what happened. There's a bit of protagonist identity crisis, then some familiars (dogs) emerge from the protagonist's body. Some undecipherable things happen, then you learn that upon Nero's death, some entity sprung out and survived with some memory of Shiki and pretended to be Shiki for a bit. Meanwhile Arcueid, Ciel and the real Shiki show up to defeat the narrator "Shiki".

Interestingly they refer to the fireworks as "Star Mine", which is one of Aoko's specials in Melty.
