Time stamp :02 A man is seen in front of the large beige tent. An officer begins to escort him out. Meanwhile, you can hear the TARU officer filming saying “arrest him”.

Time stamp :08 Officers yank the man violently over the barricades on the northwest end of the park. He falls onto the ground. Officers place his hands behind his back and begin searching him while he is belly-down. They allow him to get up and he walks to the other side of the street.
