Evidence of competence in leadership

My best example of leadership is very recent: during my auditing group project. Leadership to me is being able to inspire others and in turn being able to motivate people to work toward a common goal. To be a good leader you should be a good understander of people as a leader needs to build interpersonal relations with their team in order for the team to stick together to meet the objectives.

In my auditing project, there were three of us in our team: Piotr; Luke; and myself. I decided to take the initiative and suggested to the team how we should divide up the work in the our report. I volunteered to complete the main section of the report, so the others could review it and work on their projects with some help.
