  1. Title: Kamen Rider Seven (仮面ライダーセブン)
  2.
  3. Inspirations:
  4. - Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger (Phantom thievery)
  5. - Persona 5
  6. - Wario: Master of Disguise/Kaitou Wario the Seven
  7.
  8. The Rider:
  9. A man who has become a phantom thief to recover the artefacts of his family, which has fallen under a terrible curse, and save people in the process.
  10. - His name is derived from the seven forms he has, including his base form.
  11. - Themed on phantom thieves, art styles and historical periods.
  12. - I imagine his suit to be very elegant yet slick-looking. Lots of gold trim, but not to the gaudy extent of Kamen Rider Lupin (ugh). Mostly black and red. Probably a top hat and cape, both of which reflect the theme of his current form. His base suit looks a lot like a fancy suit jacket, but could subtly change with each form.
  13. - Thinking about having his face be styled on different masks. Might clash with the hats, though.
  14.
  15. The Belt:
  16. Kamen Rider Seven and his contemporaries all use the same belt, the Saikou SevenDriver. The differences come not from collectables, although each Rider has a unique gimmick akin to the Sacred Swords of Saber, but to how the belt is used. Let's focus on Seven for now.
  17. - The SevenDriver features a white "canvas" that can be drawn on. I'm torn as to wherever to have it be a seperate part akin to the Faiz Phones or to have it be intergrated into the belt.
  18. - All the Riders have an item/partner called a Styler, a sentient pen/brush/etc. that interacts with the driver. Seven's is called Goodstyle because I'm feeling unoriginal, and he speaks like a well-mannered but eccentric butler.
  19. - Transforming involes using the Styler to draw a symbol onto the canvas area. After that, I'm stumped.
  20.
  21. Forms:
  22. - Seven Style: Base form. Themed on Phantom Thieves/French Renneisance art.
  23. - Cosmic Style: Flying form. Themed on astronauts/1960's futurism.
  24. - Ninja Style: Rogue form. Themed on ninjas/Imperial Japanese art.
  25. - Kaizoku Style: Fighter form. Themed on pirates/carribean tribal art.
  26. - Tensai Style: Mage form. Themed on modern scientific drawings.
  27. - Kyoryu Style: Wild form. Themed on dinosaurs/cave paintings.
  28. - Titan Style: Tank form. Themed on sculpture, either Greek or the Easter Island heads.
  29.
  30. Other Riders?:
  31. - Kamen Rider Wild. Themed on modern art techniques and/or animation. His partner is Wildstyle, themed on a digital drawing tablet.
  32. - A rider themed on the art of ancient warrior cultures such as Romans, Vikings, Medieval England etc. Their partner is Bravestyle, themed on a paintbrush.
  33. - Kamen Rider Shredd. Villainous rider themed on the destruction of art. Their partner is called Bloodstyle, except Bloodstyle is not their partner. Bloodstyle is possessing them or forcing them into doing bad things via abuse.
  34. - Female rider themed on surreal/avant-garde/dadaism? Or maybe 60's psychedellic?
  35. - Need to get a police rider in there somehow.
  36.
  37. The Villains:
  38. The villains are monsters called Blancs (ブランク Buranku), themed on different art pieces. They have no colour and desire to steal it from others to feel complete.
  39. - Either they're born from the cursed art by feeding on negative human desires, or they use the art as portals to jump between our world and another.
  40. - Blancs are divided into Canvas Style and Sculpt Style depending on the kind of art they're derived from. A third style, Virus Style, is themed on modern art.
  41. - They can only be defeated with the power of a Styler or a Rider who has one as a partner.
  42.
  43. The person who is Kamen Rider Ripper may be responsible for their being released, or Bloodstyle is taking advantage of it.
