6. My most successful and devastating team to date [Peak:17/92806 - 1600pts], I may have to create something new after exposing my secrets to everyone.
7. It is built around the underrated yet graceful Meloetta.
8.
9. Meloetta @ Leftovers
10. Trait: Serene Grace
11. EVs: 248 HP / 252 SAtk / 8 SDef
12. Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
13. - Shadow Ball
14. - Hyper Voice
15. - Focus Blast
16. - Psyshock
17.
18. Ahh. Meloetta. My graceful queen who consistently amazes people. Meloetta is powerful. 128 Base SpAtk. Always respect this set or else you may have team members dropping like flies while Meloetta sings and dances away blissfully. Meloetta must be frail with all that power, right? Not at all, Meloetta has 100/77/128 defenses. Meloetta is my main Answer to Aegislash [Only fearing Iron Head which can be handled by the rest of my team]. Meloetta is immune to Aegislash's most powerful move and able to strike back with its own strong Shadow Ball. Aegislash rarely survives 2 hits due to Serene Grace's likely SpDef drop [40%]
19.
20. Clefable (F) @ Leftovers
21. Trait: Unaware
22. EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SDef
23. Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
24. - Stealth Rock
25. - Wish
26. - Moonblast
27. - Protect
28.
29. This thing is often a dirty player, preventing sweeps and tanking hits so well that Chansey gleams at her with jealousy. The Chan-fable core nearly guarantees the ability to pass wishes off to either Meloetta or Mawile. When I was making this team I needed something that could set up rocks and take on Dragon Dancers. I realized Clefable fits the role perfectly while doing so much more, so many Physical attackers and even some special attackers struggle to move pass Clefable's remarkable typing + bulk.
30. Eliminated threats: Nearly every Dragon Dancer, Manaphy, Suicune, Shell Smash, Garchomp, Sword Dancers not named Bisharp [However, Moonblast 2KOs, and you can live 1 Iron Head - bar flinch hax]
31.
32.
33. Chansey (F) @ Eviolite
34. Trait: Natural Cure
35. EVs: 240 HP / 252 Def / 16 SDef
36. Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
37. - Soft-Boiled
38. - Wish
39. - Heal Bell
40. - Seismic Toss
41.
42. Chansey is what Chansey is, need I explain?
43.
44.
45. Skarmory (M) @ Rocky Helmet
46. Trait: Sturdy
47. EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spd
48. Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
49. - Roost
50. - Defog
51. - Taunt
52. - Counter
53.
54. Pinsir. Bisharp. Landorus-T. U-Turn. Stall...
55.
56.
57. Mawile (M) @ Mawilite
58. Trait: Intimidate
59. EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spd
60. Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
61. - Sucker Punch
62. - Fire Fang
63. - Play Rough
64. - Knock Off
65.
66. This thing is ridiculous. You don't even need to Swords Dance at all to start ripping through teams. Knock off [Despite Play Rough's Power] is often going to be your most valuable move. Knocking of incoming Heatran's leftovers can secure you a game. If they decide to attack you can finish them off with Sucker Punch. Fire Fang destroys Ferrothorn+Scizor. Heck, a Base 65 Power move takes over half of Landorus-I's health away. It even takes away half of Skarm's HP, nullifying its ability to stall with Roost, don't even forget the possibility of burn, opposing Skarmory can't do anything but hope to pull off a Counter. This thing is stall's worst nightmare. I could post some damage calcs here all day, that's how amazed I am at his power, but I'm sure you can take my word for it. Oh, and Mawile loves switching into Latios during a Defog. :]
67.
68.
69. Alakazam (M) @ Focus Sash
70. Trait: Magic Guard
71. EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
72. Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
73. - Psyshock
74. - Shadow Ball
75. - Energy Ball
76. - Focus Blast
77.
78. Yes [Modest], Modest Nature is required to kill certain threats, Alakazam is not meant to kill faster threats [Ex. Latios], those things can be handled by the rest of the team. Keep Alakazam healthy when you see a potential threat. This Alakazam is to revenge kill nearly any setup sweeper that Clefable struggles with. It's also one of your main tools for dealing with strong Fire-Type Physical attackers. SD Talonflame is taken out after recoil + Psyshock. Belly Drum Azumarill cries after all the hard work it put into beating on its chest. Stall? You can rip through a ton of things and heal back with Chansey/Clefable whilst laughing at your opposition's inability to kill your frail, spoon-twisting monkey thing...
79.
80. Threats:
81.
82. Scarfed. It's just too strong. Basically kill it with recoil, play around it. Such an obscure threat I hate to see on opposing teams. Clefable just can't take Flare Blitz as well as it wants.
83.
84. Same as above. FB + WoW + Roost, extremely annoying.
85.
86. Lots of playing around this thing, a lot of the time you can't lose a Chansey to being tricked or getting your Skarm fried by TBolt.
87.
88. With Pain Split and WoW, this thing can effectively out-stall Chansey 1v1. Makes me consider Toxic sometimes. Best bet is to hit it with Energy Ball or hope you out speed it with Meloetta.
