➣ BACKGROUND:
Born in Thailand, with a Malaysian-Chinese mother and a Thai father. She was the only child and had a sheltered childhood. Her mother was a mutant while her father was a commoner, her parents met each other when her mother was trying to escape her own country and entering Thailand. With some relatives in Phuket, she fled there on boat but it was attacked just as it was about to reach the shores of Phuket. She swam her way to the shores alive but severely injured and was discovered by her later husband who saved her without knowing what was she. Whilst recovering, they both started to have feeling towards each other, when she fully recovered, she showed him her powers which was Clairvoyance and Telepathy. She was expecting him to be afraid and to leave her which was quite the opposite. He didn't really care what she was and accepted her. Eventually they got married and had Pakwan. Mei Ling took the job as the local librarian in a school while her husband was a doctor at the small hospital next to the school. Both of Pakwan's parents was very cautious of their everyday life, they made sure no one suspected them, they rarely leave their house and was majority of the time always together.

Until Pakwan was 11, when she hit puberty, her powers started to emerge. Her parents was hoping that she wouldn't have any at all so she would be safe, but unfortunately, she discovered them at school. Her parents didn't tell her that her mother is a mutant and she was unaware that there is a possibility of her having it. Her psychometry started first, which was quite similar to her mother's powers, it happened in school, where she started to have odd sights and visions when she touch certain objects, which made her ill. She was sent to the nurse's office and her mother was informed. Lucky her mother was within the school compound and it was easier to access each other. She told her mother what happened but unknown to them, one of the nurses heard the conversation and alerted the government. The next day people attacked their home, being a clairvoyance, her mother escaped with her to get their father. When they manage to reunite with each other, they were already surrounded and was unable to escape. They were then torn apart from each other, she was taken away and while so, she heard a piercing scream which she could identify as her mother's and a gun shot was heard. After it was fired, the scream died and knowing her mother is really dead, with that Pakwan developed another power, fear inducement. With anger within her, she used it even though she had no idea what she was doing, she manage to put down a few men but was knocked out.

When she woke up, she found herself kept in a cell with a newspaper, reading the date given, she was out for 2 whole days. On the newspaper's front page, it showed the ruins of her father's hospital and the list of deceased, her fathers name was on it.

➣ PERSONALITY:
Since young, she had always been a loner and doesn't talk much, this is mostly because she doesn't really like to approach people. She is independent, responsible, sensible, diligent, loyal, fearless, calm and kind. She mostly like to work alone the main reason is that she doesn't like to trouble anyone and has only have a handful of people she can trust. She has trust issues and it is not easy to gain it, but once you do she will back you up no matter what. Up front, people will think she is not sociable and quiet. Once you manage to gain her trust, she is just like any other girl, she is talkative, cheerful, bright, warm hearted, loving and understanding. In the team she is patient, resourceful, self disciplined, straightforward, quick witted and reliable. She can be counted on most of the time, she is good in keeping secrets and someone you can really respect.

Even so, she has some bad points, she can be stubborn, annoying, moody and vengeful. Once you get onto her bad side, she can be sarcastic, rude and cruel. To protect the ones she care about, she wouldn't think twice to sacrifice herself for them and is willing to use her powers and her physical ability if talking doesn't solve the problem.

➣ HOW THEY END UP GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER:
He observes her the same way she observes him. He is distant and sometimes savage but she tries to keep her cool and patient so she just keeps quiet. Normally people will just lash out on him and argue with him, seeing this he wants to test how long she can hold on. He keeps making her mad until she uses her power to back him off. After that they came to a mutual point to forgive each other but they still bicker with each other. They share the same interest but sometimes make fun of each other and point out each other's flaws. They have small harmless fights which brings them closer and have a better understanding of each other. As well as her nightmares as well as her sleeping problem, he becomes her comfort.

Hers: Think he is rude and doesn't trust him as he seems distant. She suspects him.

They end up cuddling and from then on she goes to him when she can't sleep or has a nightmare because it makes her sleep better or faster. Eventually they share they same bed every night.
