24 hour stream info + assorted goodies!

FIRST AND FOREMOST - Holy cow ya'll! I have hit 1+ years as a partner on Twitch, and let me tell you when that realization hit me in the face a lot of things hit me all at once. I was overwhelmed with 12+ months of memories created on Twitch with all of you guys, and it brought me to tears (thanks choco!). Learning this information has caused me to take a step back and analyze how I feel about Twitch, and streaming in general:

Why I started in the first place -

	For those of you who do not know why I got started streaming at all feel free to read my very first "Sub Love Letter" here http://pastebin.com/wjb9nenq. After a VERY long and arduous battle with suicidal depression I came to realize that MY own version of therapy was YOU. The interaction I generate with you, as my viewers, is what drives me to better myself as a person, not just as a broadcaster/entertainer. I could not imagine a day in my life where I would think "I just don't feel like streaming ever again." That will NEVER happen. I will stream until I am physically unable to hold a controller, and at that point I will migrate over to a website that allows me to just interact with you guys without the use of a video game. You mean that much to me. And don't think that since I have hit a year with a sub button that I am gonna throw in the towel and call this "god enough." NOW I have other goals on twitch:

Future plans with streaming -

	My end goal for Twitch is the same washed up experience you get from other partners on Twitch: to become full time. But I believe my own personal journey to full time is a little bit different than your run of the mill BIG streamer. These people want a sustainable income just for the sake of having a sustainable income. I want a community. For the longest time, after realizing that streaming was my biggest source of inspiration, outlet of stress, and general source of encouragement thanks to you guys I also slowly started realizing that I want this all to grow larger and more intimate. One of the main reasons why I started the new set of rules, new moderation team, and stricter punishments for violating these rules was to create the environment "chat is my main focus."
	While I am a speedrunner first and foremost being 100% active in chat is difficult and this kills me, so to compensate I will be doing a lot more practice streaming to make up for my lack of presence with you guys. I will be looking into a few changes on the road to becoming a full-time streamer as well that include some transparency with myself as a broadcaster including - 1. A weekly progress report on sub count will be readily available every week as a means to track progress with viewers (I feel like this is a good way to let my efforts be known as well as make people feel like less of a number and more as a contributor for something I find passion in doing). Chat is why I do this. You guys are the reason I stream at all on Twitch so I want to make sure that you guys are having a great time in chat, and we can't do that if someone is being obnoxious or breaking rules OR TALKING IN ALL CAPS. It gets old, and not just for me, but for the majority of viewers. The only thing I won't get rid of are the designated areas in my runs where spam is allowed (Morpheel, Agitha cuz of the new emote, and the heart cutscene are it in terms of allowed spam, I will add more to this list if I ever feel like I want more spam)
	The weekly letter will also contain behind the scenes information on how I am doing, what I have planned for the next 7 days (I plan on doing them on Thursday lol), these will also be your way of providing your feedback to me in order to make the viewing experience for you guys even MORE enjoyable (you subbed so I have to assume that it is even a little enjoyable), I also want to start a diary of how I am feeling throughout the week and include this in the weekly updates just so you guys can start getting to know me on a more personal level than your average viewer does (this is the lamest thing in the list don't worry), and last but not least...


BIG REVEAL -

	I will be holding SECRET DJ streams for my subscribers on days that will be revealed in the weekly love letter so look forward to that! Not a sub? DON'T WORRY! I will still be doing a monthly DJ Stream for everyone so that no one gets left out! But I feel like this is a great way to get a chance to my subscribers ONLY on a weekly basis! The secret DJ streams are going to be either BEFORE or AFTER a regularly scheduled broadcast that way we can make sure that a majority of people can be in on the action.

So with all of this being spewed from my brain I would like to thank EACH subscriber for sticking around, even if it is for one month, you are all incredible and I look forward to many years of this to come. Note that this paste is not every tiny little minute detail that I have had bouncing around my brain, but those will come out in future letters so look forward to small updates here and there, more improvement, and even some big announcements along the way!

This is roughly between 19 to 24 hours so I will throw in other games as spill over if its only made it to 19 or less at this point.

So that is 19 - 24 hours of main game content + 18 - 22 hours of spill over content, so I might do a bonus 12 hour stream at another date and time if we reach a certain goal during the main marathon.


Which brings me to another point I want to bring up -

One of my best friends in the world, Tony, got robbed on his trip to Italy. Him and his family lost over $14,000 in items and personal belongings that had intimate things you can't get back like photos of family or gifts from others. There insurance company basically screwed them over as well by only reimbursing them a very tiny amount of their total possessions. I feel like this isn't fair at all to them and they deserve better. Because of this I would like to collect any and all donations received during the 24 hour stream and surprise pickles with it at a later date, so if you guys want to pitch in anything to help pickles and his family (Tony aka iambutpixels) it would be very much appreciated and a winderful act of human kindness.
