Covet: Eli had a beer in his hand as he walked around the living room. He made his way over to a table to check on the ice. // Cadence was in the bathroom, feeling mostly like shit all day, she'd put on a brave face for the party tonight. Determined to not let her tesitimony tomorrow worry herself sicker than it already had, she wanted to come. She took some cold water and splashed it on her cheeks and neck. // Kelsey was happily dancing to the music that was playing, clearly enjoying herself and the small buzz she had going on.
Alexithymiaa: -Brad was lingering around with a glass of mish moshed liquor that had been out, adding as many different things he could to a cup for maximum drunkness. Already pretty buzzed, he staggered his way over toward Kelsey, awkwardly and not very pretty hip thrusting at her in a sort of weird dance. "Yeahhhh get it." // Adam hung back in the kitchen, his sights set on the bowl of pretzels that were out for snackage. He picked up a cup and filled it with pretzels, tossing one into his mouth before looking around the bustling part.-

Tsaaq: Bliss twirled in a circle, holding two champagne glasses as she searched for Eli. She spotted him in the distance across the room and sipped her glass as she went towards him. "The ice is fine. Bubbly?" She offered him the glass. // "You seen Cay?" Remy asked over the loud Britney Spears playing as he stood in the doorway of the kitchen. // Hayley was seated on the counter of Bliss' kitchen, kicking her feet back and forth as she reached over to Adam's cup and took a few pretzels. "Not really." She shrugged, answering her brother. // Persephone was dancing in the middle of the living room. "Do you like my engagement ring? It's way bigger than my cousin's. Don't you think?" She asked loudly over the music, practically shoving the ring SHE BOUGHT HERSELF in everyone's face.

Tsaaq: ((You should see her outfit.))
Covet: "Sure thing, I was just about out actually." he said giving his bottle a shake then tipped it back to polish it off before he took the champagne glass from Bliss. "Thank you, My Love." He said with a smile then turned around to hear Remy, "I'm not sure, she might be in the bathroom?" // Cadence dried off her face and neck then looked in the mirror. She hadn't ate anything all day because she knew her stomach wouldn't keep it down anyways, but maybe something from the refreshment table would  help her feel better. She walked back out and headed towards the living room, looking pretty homely compared to everyone else here tonight. // Kelsey looked at Brad's awkward dancing and shook her head, "It's good you're cute." She said with a laugh then pulled her head back when Persephone shoved her ring into their faces, "Oh, Uh? I guess? I haven't looked at Bliss's recently. Who's your fiance?" She asked being polite.
Alexithymiaa: -Brad lifted his arms up over his head to awkward dance a bit more, thrusting that dick at Kelsey's ass before looking over at Persephone. "I'm cute!" He said loudly at her over the music before draping his arm over the top of Kelsey's shoulder. "Yeah, I didnt know you were engaged. When did that happen?" // Adam held the cup up so Hayley could more easily share his pretzels because sharing food is true love. Fuck you, I don't share food. His gaze shifted over to Remy in the doorway, shaking his head. "I haven't seen her. I'm sorry. Is she doing alright?"-
Tsaaq: "You're very welcome." Bliss said to Eli with a smile. "Handsome devil." She winked. She looked to Remy with a bit of a frown. "I saw her going to the bathroom earlier." She answered. "You can tell her if she isn't feeling well she can lay down in my room if she likes?" She offered, which is a big deal because Bliss doesn't let anybody in her room pretty much. // He furrowed his eyebrows. "Everything's fine. But I need to make sure I know where everyone is. Lest some fuckery happens, which I doubt because this is a Bliss party. But just in case. It's better to be safe than sorry." He said to Adam with a concerned look as he looked out to where the crowd was. "Yeah. Which of the five bathrooms can she be in?" He sighed. "Thanks Bliss. I'll be back." Remy wandered into the living room and saw Cadence finally. "Wanted me to get you a drink?" // She squealed and took more pretzels and shoved them into her mouth until her cheeks puffed out. She took a big gulp of her soda. She hopped off the counter and began to dance around. "We'll be here." She announced then turned to Adam. "This is like the V.I.P. area." // She lowered her hand and rose an eyebrow at Kelsey, looking her up and down. "Jason Polisino, duh." She scoffed. "I don't think I'll take his last name though. Too Italian. We'll figure something out." She giggled as she shrugged. "He's what I deserve. And I didn't even have to enroll to meet him." She smirked.
Covet: Eli  smirked as he sipped his champagne, giving her a wink back. When he heard Remy's statement he raised an eyebrow, "Nothing bad happened at the last one. That we know of..." He watched him walk off and gave a shrug, "Seems good so far..." // Cadence pulled her sleeves down her arms and held onto them, as Remy came walking up to her. "Sorry, just needed to step out for a second. Sure, but just water tonight." She told him sheepishly, feeling her face turn sour at the mere mention of alcohol. "But you enjoy yourself tonight." She told him leaning up to give him a kiss. "I'll be our DD." // Kelsey's face dropped and she nearly dropped her drink cup when Persephone dropped Jason's name like it was nothing. "Oh... Wow... I didn't even know you two knew each other. I guess... uh.. Good Lu-Congratulations." She said forcing a smile on her face, as she lifted her glass up and chugged what was left of it.
Alexithymiaa: -Brad gawked at Persephone when she announced who her fiance was, and because he was drunk he was not at all subtle about his distaste. "That guy? Really? What the fuck is wrong with you? Do you even know what a piece of shit human he is? He's garbage!" He slurred drunkenly at her, waving his cup in her direction. // Adam nodded to Remy and watched him walk out of the room, smiling to Hayley. "I think we're pretty VIP to Bliss, don't you think?" He asked her, popping another pretzel into his mouth. "We're all pretty much best friends."-
Tsaaq: She nodded her head. "My last part went of without a hitch!" She declared. "Well... Right, as far as we know." Bliss shrugged her shoulders. "And yes, you both are." She said to Adam and Hayley. "I just didn't have time to get a velvet rope." // He shook his head quickly. "I can't enjoy myself unless you are too." Remy answered as he wrapped an arm around her. "Its a little less crowded if you mind being around Junior and Hay. Sheldonette and Male Amy too... They can be fun?" He offered. // "We are. The best of best friends." Hayley said. She took the cup of pretzels from him and put it down on the counter. "Dance with me." Hayley pleaded as she nudged him. // "We do. We met at Bliss' last party. He tells me I'm beautiful and perfect all the time." She stated proudly. "He'll get custody of that baby he had. I'll be his step mom. I don't know a lot about motherhood but now is as good of a time as any." Persephone shrugged. Her eyes widened when Brad spoke. "Shut your mouth! Don't call him that! You don't even know what you're talking about!"
Covet: Eli turned to look at Adam and Hayley, " We'll make sure to have it next year. Maybe get some nice sofa's to sit in even." He added to the imagery of their VIP area with a chuckle. // Cadence gave him a smile, "I am having fun, I'm sorry my mind is just off on it's own adventure the past couple of days. The stress is getting to me more than I anticipated." She explained with a soft smile leaning into him. "Sure I'd like that. Maybe some crackers or something would be nice too." // The more Kelsey heard from Persephone, the more her chest tightened in anger, "Over my dead body." Was all she could get out, before she snapped at Brad, "Actually, I... we.. probably know more than you could even imagine. Like, One...that baby, is a toddler. and Two... he lost custody of his child, because he was too irresponsible to be a father. But please, tell me more about how much of a perfect guy he is."

Alexithymiaa: "I know exactly what I'm talking about, Princess." He snapped at Persephone, waving an open palm in her direction. "You're too caught up in being told you're pretty to realize he's playing you. But he sure as shit isn't getting custody of Connor." He lifted his cup to his lips, taking a long drink from his cup. // Adam laughed, beginning to nod. "Maybe a sign with the list of VIPs names on it just to rub it in a bit?" He asked as he tacked onto their little image. He watched Hayley  before easing his weight off the counter, kind of just swaying back and forth because Adam is the whitest kid you know.-
Tsaaq: ((Just channel your inner Justin Timberlake, Adam.))
Alexithymiaa: (Timberlake defies the laws of white man. He even looks good in a fedora.)
Tsaaq: "Of don't be ridiculous. We don't want people to feel like we're trying to make them feel bad about not being V.I.P." Bliss waved her hand. She took a drink of her champagne. "Ten minutes to the countdown. I better get to the music before Persephone forgets." She rolled her eyes. "We'll be back. Come with me." Bliss went to tug on Eli's hand. // Remy nodded his head. "I asked you if you were okay last week and you said it was fine..." He murmured. "But I understand. Don't worry." Remy took her hand and went in the kitchen and saw Adam's ridiculous dancing. He looked away as he held back a laugh, but he wasn't any better tbh. // Hayley put her hands up as she moved her hips around and spun around in a circle the took his hand. "Adamm, remember, relax!" She said. "And a list and couches sounds like a lot for the kitchen. Wouldn't Granny Mavs get mad?" She asked. // Persephone's face went red. "Oh, you're Kasey and her gay boyfriend." She looked between the two of them. "This is different. We're in love and a proper family unit. I think we know how this will go. He is perfect. Just like me." Persephone flipped her hair over her shoulder.
Covet: "Okay how about the whole room just has a bunch of VIP spots?" Eli suggested as he followed along with Bliss as she took his hand, making his way over to where the music was set up. He watched Bliss's bottom as she walked, admiring it. //  Cadence nodded her head quickly, "It will be fine. Once I get my Testimony out of the way." She told him  as they walked into the kitchen. "Oh my god... Hayley.. help the poor guy out." She said softly leaning into Remy. // "Kelsey, and who cares about orientation these days?"  She couldn't help but laugh out loud, walking up into Persephone's face " Proper family unit, Okay...Well you can tell him, so long as he's going to try manipulative moves like this, he'll never get to see his son. I was honestly in a bit of a forgiving mood this holiday season, and was considering letting him see him a couple days a week. But he can kiss that goodbye. I'll wait to be served now, if this is how he wants to fight for his son."
Alexithymiaa: -Brad sloppily stepped forward, grabbing Kelsey by the arm and trying to pull her back out of Persephone's personal space. "You don't owe her any kind of explanation. If he wants to go down with that ship, that's all her own choice. Let her." He sneered at Persephone as he spoke. // "I thought I was relaxed." Adam said with a frown, looking over to Remy and Cadence when they came into the room. "I can't help that I'm nto a very good dancer. It was never much of a life requirement for me."-
Tsaaq: Bliss went over to the music and turned it down as everyone began to count loudly. "3-2-1 HAPPY NEW YEAR!" She shouted happily as she went to wrap her arms around Eli and kisses his face. "Happy twenty eighteen my love." She said to her as she rubbed her nose against his. // Remy covered his face. "Yeah well..." He trailed off as he snorted. "Happy Junior." He patted Adam's shoulder and turned to Cadence before leaning over to kiss her. "You're going to do great on the stand. And hopefully i won't make Sedrick mad by acting like a lunatic in court. // Hayley shrugged and put his hands on her hips. "I've been trying to help him for years. Maybe we should have you instruct us?" She asked. Hayley heard the count down and squeaked as she jumped up onto her tippy toes and gave Adam his new years kiss. // "Ugh why are we still talking about your son? He's with me now. He's practically my son." She rolled her eyes. "Yes, go away. You guys aren't very nice at all." Persephone stuck her nose in the air, but really she was about to cry.
Covet: "Happy New Year!" Eli called out as he held Bliss close, kissing her back. "Happy Twenty eighteen to you as well. I love you." He told her being all mushy and romantic. // Cadence nodded her head, feeling better at least confidence wise. "You'll do better this time. Now that you know what we're up against." She told him kissing him back at the count down. then looked at Hayley, "Yeah, you're a way better dancer than I am."  she laughed, "unless we're going to go into specific dancing...." // Kelsey pulled her arm from Brad's grip, she wanted to turn around after Persephone and was fighting the urge hard, but she was mad. Kelsey walked up to her, barely hearing the count down in her head as she pulled her hand back to slap Persephone across the face on beat with the count down. "He will NEVER be your son!" She yelled out amongst all the Happy New Year's.
Alexithymiaa: "Happy New... oh..." brad called out amongst the countdowns, moving quickly behind Kelsey and looping his arm around her waist, trying to drag her back away from Persephone. "Come on, we need to celebrate. Fuck her." // Adam moved his hands to her hips stiffly, leaning down to press his lips to Hayley's at the end of the countdown. Leaning up again, he glanced around him. "I'm glad I was able to bring in the new year with you."-
Tsaaq: "I love you more." She replied as she the table of champange and grabbed two new glasses for them. "To a new year and an undying love." She toasted before clinking her glass against his. // "I hope you're right... So nobody thinks I'm some kind of loose cannon." He whispered to her. He fixed her hair and tucked some of it behind her ear. "Want to see what kind of snacks Bliss has in her fridge?" He asked with a laugh. "Shhh. Stop. You only dance like that for me." Remy smirked. // She snickered and bounced on her toes. "Me too. Now. Slow dancing isn't hard right?" She rose one of his hands to the small of her back as she held onto him so they could slowly move in circles. Hayley looked a little embarrassed. "Uhhh-" She paused then went to look at Adam. "I don't think we need that kind of dance lessons." She answered hurriedly.
Tsaaq: Persephone flinched and gasped loudly. "You bitch!" She screeched and held onto her cheek that was just slapped. "Drew! Andrew!" Persephone shouted. She walked over to the stairs that led to the wing of his house angrily.
Covet: Eli lifted his glass and tipped it back to her toast after the clink. "I couldn't have said it better myself. This year is going to be even better than the last one was for us. " // "Even if I find it hot when you're a loose cannon?" She asked him then looked at the fridge, "Uh, Yeah.. sure, something small." She said snickering at Hayley and Adam's response // Kelsey shrugged Brad off again and headed for a door, any door leading outside for some fresh air. " I'm sorry...I just went full lioness mode in there." She said shakily.
Alexithymiaa: "It was hot." Brad said with a shit eating grin plastered across his face, turning to chase after her going toward the door. "Take it easy, nothing is going to happen to Connor. No one is going to take him from you. He's in his best care when he's with us." // Adam's cheeks went hot when he caught onto what they were talking about, diverting his eyes from making direct contact with anyone. "Um... yeah. Slow dancing is easier." he said as he held onto Hayley, kind of just swaying in circles because that was his idea of slow dancing, but honestly that's also my idea if slow dancing.-
Tsaaq: "You know it is." She smiled at him before her eyes bounced to Persephone as she screeched. "What? What! What happened?" She asked hurriedly, rolling her eyes as she followed behind her. "He's not here. What happened?" // He smirked. "You did not think it was hot when I was acting like a lunatic." Remy laughed as he pulled open the fridge, catching Hayley and Adam looking more awkward than thirteen year olds at eighth grade formal. "Cay you're embarrassing them." He laughed, trying to whisper. "Look there's jello. How's jello?" // Hayley saw his face and began to frown. "Hey, it's okay." She said gently, putthing her hand on his chin so he could look down at her. She smiled up at him. "Just focus on me." Hayley instructed before nuzzling her head against his shirt as she leaned on him. And I always figured slow dancing was just circles too tbh. // "Jason's stupid trashy ex-girlfriend just slapped me! My makeup is ruined! My night is ruined!" Persephone began to fuss. "Nobody cares! I wish Jason was here" She whimpered, here come the waterworks.
Covet: Eli listened to Persephone shriek on about her drama, "What was going on before she slapped you?"  He honestly didn't care too much about Perephone's drama, and had already assumed there was a good reason she was slapped. //  Cadence continued to laugh a little then looked in the fridge at the Jello he pointed out. "Yeah, that should be alright." She nodded her head, hoping and praying Jello would at least stay down. // Kelsey blushed and looked at Brad, "Stop. It was very unprofessional of me." She said then sighed, " I know... It's just what she said. Rather how she said it. Maybe we should just head back. Relieve Holly early." she said then looked at him. "Sorry for...missing the big kiss moment."
Alexithymiaa: "We can head back, but you're definitely going to have to drive." He slurred, draping his arm around her shoulders heavily. "We'll make up for the lack of midnight kiss later." He turned and started leading her toward the front of the house, pulling his keys from his pocket and holding them out to her. // Adam looked into Hayley's face  and smiled down at her, leaning his head on top of hers as the two swayed together, holding her close against his chest.-
Tsaaq: Bliss sighed and shook her head. "Don't call my friends names. And stop starting a row during my party. Everyone is having a good time." Bliss said sternly. Persephone's only response was a squeal as she went up the stairs. Bliss turned to Eli and took his hand. "Pardon her. You know how it goes. Back to bubbly and New Years Resolutions?" She offered. // Remy took out the tupperware dish of jello and led Cadence to one of the guest room to eat jelly and be an adorable married couple and shiz.
Covet: Eli shook his head, then smiled at Bliss, "Yes please." He told her as he put his arm around her, to enjoy the rest of the party. // Cadence smiled and followed after him, enjoying the sweet moment and the fact that the jello was sitting well. // Kelsey  took the keys from him, more angry than buzzed or drunk at this point so she was fine driving back to the dorms.
