Well, as a Commander, it would fit his role to hire people into the new faction and reasonable to assign their position. You being the Sheriff, should ask and see if he has hired the right people, but clearly you weren't bothered to do so or you trusted him, which if you did trust him, why would this be a problem?

As I've been told, multiple just refused your offer and attacks were not made, the majority should matter more and you should listen to subordinate officers as well, instead of being, as you said "I'm the Sheriff, I want this!". This shows you just care about what you want and not the people around you, considering they wanted the font to stay the same and it was the majority.

If Management deemed this decision fit, then so be it. Clearly they must have thought that you were not fit for the Sheriff position as well. Sacred reported you and Management's opinion was similar, therefore they did what thought was best. Sacred impersonating Danny was not a wise decision, but Management did nothing about it, which I can see your side on it.

I do not know you as long as they do, but from what I can tell. I do not believe you should be at such a position, but you may be capable at a lower position.

I believe you may manage factions on other servers, considering it's a light RP server. But Management saw that you weren't capable to lead this faction on the heavy RP server.

Being a troll for 2 hours literally shows why you would be a bad leader, considering you cannot deal with things not going your way. Instead of trolling, you should be like "I will try and see how I can improve and ask them for a different position. If they don't see me fit, then I guess I should improve somehow." Instead, you went and said "I'm gonna go on and troll them for 2 hours, because Sacred is a cunt and I hate him because he kicked me out."

I'm here for you and my statement is here. I was also told that they kept you Sheriff to see if you would improve, but they ultimately decided to remove you. I would freak out, but I wouldn't make it such a big deal, it's only a roleplay server. I would be like, "Clearly I have some flaws and I'll do my best to fix them" and ask them for a lower ranked position, that I think and they think I am capable of.

They are discussing it privately to come to the right decision. If you're saying they were 'conspiring', then admins deciding on whether to punish a guy on a forum complaint is 'conspiring' on punishing him for no obvious reason, whilst he has done absolutely nothing.

Yes, it would matter because I hold the Sergeant position and I am reasonable person, therefore I spoke to Sacred and he has allowed me to offer you a temporary Deputy Sheriff Trainee position, which we have decided would best work. You are even lucky to still be in the faction after showing your behavior tonight. I have known Sacred back in early 2018, but he has not spoken to me in a long time, he contacted me recently to invite me to OCRP's BCSO, because he saw me fit for the position, considering I have experience in heavy LEO RP, and have been in factions such as RCRP's 2017 SASP, 2018 SASP and am currently in PD, holding the rank of Police Officer III, so is Shotty. I don't think Sacred is power hungry.
