i’ve been thinking about grail kotoshirou finally getting makoto to join her! IT’S LIKE THEIR MARRIAGE CEREMONY except it was done p unconventionally because of an emergency. like, i think kotoshirou was ok with humoring makoto some more and just letting her incubate tentacles for a while until she naturally wanted to progress to The Next Step. while she still had her lucidity/last dregs of humanity about her, makoto was terrified of uniting with the grail for her own reasons and out of love kotoshirou begrudgingly accepted that. or rather, she would until she ran out of alternative ways to amuse herself which is fair!!

i do think the two of them get to hang out for a substantial amount of time as GRAIL MOM and INCUBATOR MOM though and after the first litter of eldritch tentacle monstrosities makoto is likely thoroughly mindbroken and so happy to be needed and loved, despite how hard it is on her body. as always, the praise and affection is what fuels her so she probably is happy to continue to accept more eggs/begs kotoshirou for them. she comes to crave the feeling of being full of twitching tentacles that depend on her to grow up big and strong and the praise from kotoshirou for helping to grow her army. maybe there is a problem with one litter where a few of the babies or even just one are requiring Too Much Mana and it’s difficult for makoto to replenish it in time. so she’s getting weaker while these creatures are getting stronger and it’s starting to become a concern of kotoshirou’s that they could kill her in a variety of gruesome ways. (become too big to birth; mature too quickly and try to eat through her, etc.) tending to makoto only helps so much because she’s still human in the end, and kotoshirou has to briefly consider what’s more important: Very Strong Children or makoto.

ultimately, kotoshirou knows she can make even stronger children. she has the confidence of the grail. she might be proud these ones are growing so strong, but it’s unforgivable to kill their mother. so in the heat of an Emergency, kotoshirou decides that makoto will be joined with the grail immediately. destroying the world wouldn’t be fun if she wasn’t there to witness it with her, after all! so she whispers reassuring things to makoto before plunging her into the mud and hopes that she’s not so far gone that the grail will just eat her up and let her die.

with the will of kotoshirou and makoto combined, however, ofc she’s bound to live. and kotoshirou feels the pleasure of makoto’s soul connecting to hers in a way that has more permanence than any tangible object.

kotoshirou dragging makoto’s body from the mud as she shivers with stimulated pleasure and kissing her repeatedly and touching her until she wakes up!!! this is what she’s been wanting and waiting for SO PATIENTLY!!! and kotoshirou can’t wait for her to see and acknowledge how beautiful she is now that she’s been accepted by and accepted to grail into herself.

thinking that when makoto emerges she is also. all tentacles on bottom. at least until she’s strong enough to form legs when she chooses. her titties are even bigger and heavier, but her hips are curvier to help her carry them. she’s still smaller than kotoshirou, but she’s more physically suited to carry all of those eggs. now she’s strong enough that those little fuckers can’t kill her. cute pointy ears and sharper canines and red eyes. it’s still painful while her soul is settling in and her body is making its last shifts but she looks like she’s teary with happiness. hhhhh admitting she was scared she was going to die and being sorry she wasn’t strong enough to incubate those monsters but kotoshirou doesn’t care she has EXACTLY what she wanted uhuhuhu 😍
