Description: Oats entered the Little Country Store in Martel, FL and shot Jeanette once in the face from about 1 foot away, with the bullet going through her right eye into her brain. He then stole the $100 that was in the register, before fleeing the scene.

Please note: There was a co-defendant named Donnie Williams that was believed to be  involved with at least one of the robberies, but was never charged. I’m unable to find any information about Williams other than his name and that he wasn’t charged.
