PUS6703 Natural preset.

Settings for natural looking image. No hardware or software used. Compared picture to 10bpc Full dynamic range RGB IPS monitor.

Picture settings:

Colour: 50 (50-60)
Contrast: 90
Sharpness: 0 (1)
Brightness: 50

Colour enhancement: Off
Colour temperature: Custom

Red: 127 | Green: 98 | Blue: 76

Result

These settings give most detail in bright whites and give decent blacks. Colors are natural and not oversaturated. Tested with 4k, 1080 pand 720p and gaming. Good for everyday use, movies and games.

Comments

Colour: You can increase colour a little to give more saturation to the image but it may causes oversaturation in dark and bright scenes, making color shades blend into one. Going over 55 makes people look sunburnt and on 60 people look like they are blushing. 60 is fine for cartoons.

Contrast: Lower contrast if u want the screen to look dimmer.

Sharpness: 1 for signals below 720P, for 1080P sharpness 1 or 0, for 4k sharpness 0. increasing sharpenss brings out too much detail in unnessesary objects (City overview, fences, powerlines).

Brightness: Increasing brightness will cause detail loss in bright whites, lowering it causes detail loss in dark blacks.

Expert mode settings: All image processing effets off. Custom color gives warm 6500k daylight image. True motion suggested off for movies for cinematic effect, off for games, on for everyday use: news, reality shows, documentaries, sports etc. Makes video look smoother "soap opera" effect.

Additional info: For Games (PC, Xbos, PS4) choose picture settings for game wich has lowest input lag.

Conclusion

After days of testing these settigns fit perfectly for day and night use. I have set same settings under "Movie", "Games" and "Standard". On standard mode i have True motion set to maximum for everyday use. for movies i switch preset to "Movies" and for games to "Games".
