4 - DOCKS/SHIP MISSION (MEGA)

Flint has to prevent the assassination of Tommy Vercetti, who is going to be in a cruise ship party/event giving a speech soon. He is tipped about the hit, and acts on it quickly.

******Part i: Breaking into the Docks******
Flint has to break into the docks offices to find out when the ship is leaving, and add a fake name to the members list so he can get in easily. (maybe computer).
He arrives at night driving his car, and wears a mask to hide any traces of his invasion.
He first has to disable the security alarm/system. He has to check the buildings to find where the cruise ship information is stored at. Once he does, he finds out a silent alarm was triggered, and a car full of hitman tries to stop Flint. He must kill them and get away.

******Part ii: Getting a Disguise******
Flint couldn't add his name to the normal guests list, seeing as those usually have a special ticket they must show upon entry, so he added himself as a sailor. He must buy a sailor outfit, however none of the shops seem to have any. An owner informs him of a warehouse he might get more lucky.

The warehouse owner says he must do a small side job for Flint if he really wants the sailor outfit.

Flint must steal 3 Boxvilles around Vice City and return them to the warehouse. Once it's done, Flint gets his shiny new sailor outfit.

******Part iii: Seasick******

There is a later large crowd of both tourists, passengers and papparazzi waiting for Vercetti's arrival. We see Tommy arriving surrounded by security, and he's the first to go onboard safely.

We later see Flint in one of the crew rooms, listening to conversations of the other sailors to find out who could possibly be responsible for the hit.

He grabs some binoculars and gets to the highest point on the cruise ship. He knows that Vercetti's speech will only happen at dawn, so he has time to act.

You must observe the pool/deck area for a while, and eventually you see two suspicious men chatting, and one of them hands over a large briefcase that could hold a sniper rifle.

Flint follows the man back to his room, and kills him using a melee weapon.

Turns out Flint was right, the briefcase had a sniper rifle with a silencer. He decides to pretend he is the killer, and wears clothes similar to his, dumps the body and awaits further contact.

The man from earlier comes back later, and explains the plan in detail. Flint will take position on the far end of the ship, having full view of the guests hearing to Vercetti's speech. There will be 6 hitmen (Vercetti's bodyguards gone rogue) located in specific points far from the crowd. They will make sure the job is done plus kill the others (Mercedes, Ken Rosemberg and bodyguards. Flint's job is to assassinate Tommy Vercetti.

You position yourself, and when the 7th hitman that gave you the instructions is about to leave, Flint shoots him in the head and dumps his body in the sea.

You start using your scope to locate the hitmen. They won't be seen at first, because they're still positioning themselves. As soon as you see them get ready to point their guns at Mercedes and Ken, you must shoot them. The crowd won't be alerted because you're using a silenced weapon, and the party/event is rather loud.

Once you're done, we see Flint dragging the bodies into the water long after the speech is over. Tommy arrives and thanks Flint for his job well done. He says he was also investigating the possibility of a conspiracy, and as soon as he realised Flint was onto it, he left him to deal with the problem. Tommy asks Flint if he wants a job as his personal lieutenant. Flint accepts.
