*** UCA:C24-HELIX.02-574 points his stunbaton on the main, straight and tall as he stands up. "<:: On the fuckin' wall, now. ::>"
*** Ian Dunnhart would wave his hand at the unit in a disregarding manner, speaking "I'm busy mister officer, another time".
*** UCA:C24-HELIX.02-574 flips his stunbaton down to his side, opening it up as it cracks a light and a bolt around it's premise. "<:: Not right now you are. Now get on that wall before I make you a deprived citizen. ::>"
*** Ian Dunnhart would shrug his shoulders slightly, evidently used to this routine, sauntering himself over to the concrete wall, slapping his hands up to it.

*** UCA:C24-HELIX.02-574 violently placed his free left hand over the man's back clothing, shouting off as he exclaims an authoritarian standing directly obvious from the first place. "<:: Did you just swear at my face, and then ask me what you did? ::>"
*** Ian Dunnhart would be thrust into the wall, his chest grinding against the concrete, winding the man as he coughs out "L-look, I didn't mean to do shit, whatever I did, okay?" he would take a breath before continuing his speel "I'm sorry, just lemme be okay?".
*** UCA:C24-HELIX.02-574 slammed the man on the wall, pushing his chest further into the wall, attempting to afflict a lot of pain into the man. He released his left hand off him, allowing him to take a breath as he turned off his stunbaton. He shoved the tip of his baton on the back of the man, his left hand moving to unclip his PDA. "<:: Listen to me, apply to me, or you'll get the worst beatin' of your life. ::>"
*** Ian Dunnhart would fumble a hand down into his pocket, unearthing a civil identity card, holding it up to the low light as he reads it out to the officer in a timid tone.

*** UCA:C24-HELIX.02-574 continues to tap on his PDA, a bright white light ominates around the area, lighting up the walls as light bounces around almost unneffective in lighting up the whole area. He types into it before shoving the baton onto the man's back, afflicting pain.

*** UCA:C24-HELIX.02-574 clipped his PDA back onto his belt, stashing his hand over to his vest as he retrieves a flaccid object. He lights up the stunbaton, hitting the man on the legs repeatedly.
*** Ian Dunnhart would crumble to his knees, benkling over as he yelps out a disgruntled moan, raising his arms up as he covers his face, curling up into a ball.
*** UCA:C24-HELIX.02-574 throws the flaccid object right on front of the closed door. Upon observation, it is a brown armband with nothing pasted on it as part of graphical design. "<:: Deprived, welcome to the slums you pric'. ::>" He imitates a spitting sound before walking off with a laugh.
