How to play Civ 5 with Vox Populi 1-15-2

1. Install Civ 5
2. Download Vox Populi 1-15-2
3. Put the two folders inside into the DLC folder
Something like C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization V\Assets\DLC
3.5. Remove all old modpacks from the DLC folder if you have any
4. DELETE the cache and ModUserData folders from Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5
4.5. Download and put custom maps into the Maps folder Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\Maps
5. Start the game
