Convert 3ds files to Cia A9lh

*This is for hacked 3DS Consoles*

Stuff you need to do

-Get latest release of Decrypt9WIP (https://github.com/d0k3/Decrypt9WIP/releases/latest)
-Place the .3ds files in the files9 folder in sd root(create it if it doesnt exist)
 -You may want to clean the files9 folder since files native firms and other dumped software will be also converted to CIA
 -For converting you need 2 times the size of the 3ds files as free space since when converter you will have the original(3ds) and the converted file (cia)
-Have Aeskeydb.bin in the files9 folder(Get it from plailects guide, i wont link it)

A9lh Luma

1-Unzip Decrypt9WIP.bin from the decrypt9 zip to the /luma/payloads/ folder on your SD card and rename Decrypt9WIP.bin to x_Decrypt9WIP.bin
2-Boot Decrypt9 by holding X during boot

NON A9LH users

1-unzip the Decrypt9WIP folder to your 3ds folder in your sd root
2-Boot to homebrew launcher on sysnand and select decryp9wip(this can take a lot of tries)

Converting (a9lh/non a9lh users)

3-Once on Decrypt9WIP Select content decryptor options->CIA Builder options-> Build cia from NCCH/NCSD
4-Decrypt9wip will convert all the 3ds files to cia (This can take some time)
5-Now the files are ready to be installed with a cia installer like FBI
