Toonlings!

Within the realm of concepts, many toons find new life in Toontown but a strange new form of toon seems to be slowly making an entrance to this place! Toonlings! They're formless concepts that have latched onto toons or other such beings and in turn become a miniaturized version of what they've latched onto! These Toonlings generally work in their host's best interests depending on who they've managed to become a toonling of, although it's not unheard of for toonlings to gain a mind of their own and make it on their own!

Molly please forgive i came up with this at like 4 am the day after your birthday after i stayed up for like 16-18 hours. I hope you at least like the concept and happy mcbirthday you pink-loving nerd.
