In the main event, the Power Trip hosted a Christmas party, with wreaths hung on the ringposts and a tree set up in the ring, as Vince McMahon wore a beautifully ugly sweater and held the mic.

"They say it's better to give than to receive... and they're suckers! Nothing I could give could possibly feel as good as I feel right now, since I've received the greatest gift of all. Thanks to the Power Trip, I now run the WWF again! My word is law! My will is absolute! My wish is your command!" Austin, still wearing the title over his shoulder, walked over to Vince, a Steveweiser in hand.

"You know, you're right about giving and receiving, but I've got a gift I'd like to give you right now." Austin held the Steveweiser out to Vince, and the Chairman accepted happily. Vince began quaffing, but right as he was almost finished with the can, AUSTIN KICKED HIM IN THE GUT AND HIT THE STONE COLD STUNNER! Vince sprayed beer everywhere as he fell to the mat, and HHH took the mic. Shawn stood to the side, shocked, as Austin, Joanna, Pillman, and HHH stood above Vince's body.

"You're right, Vince, the Power Trip does run everything. Thing is, whoever has the gold calls the shots... and I don't see any gold around your waist."

Shawn made his way over to HHH, and draped an arm around his shoulder.

"Hahaha, ain't that right, HHH?" Shawn was a nervous wreck, grimacing and sweating as he tried to get friendly.

"Thing is, Shawn, I don't see any gold around your waist either." HBK was taken by surprise as HHH kicked him in the gut, and drove him to the mat with the Pedigree! Shawn and Vince were laid out on the mat as the Power Trip stood tall to end the show. HHH said one last thing before the feed faded to black.

"Now we run the WWF. Ho, ho, ho."
