The System Privacy Policy and TOS

At "The System", ("we", "us", or "our"), your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose . By reading as well as using the discord bot, you fully agree to the terms of our privacy policy. We are dedicated to keeping and safeguarding your data, whether it is personal or not, safe. We use, track, and keep your data in order to give you the best possible experience on the bot. This is a brief overview of what and why we keep your data, which would include guild, and user installation.

- Discord Server IDs and Names
We keep track of discord server to maintain usage of our guild search functions, allowing smooth usage of the command. Your server IDs are only tracked if you are registered with us with the usage of "/setup_guild", you can opt out by deleting your server.

- Discord User IDs
We keep track of User IDs to identify you for certain commands, such as "/bump", to keep track of when you bump, so as to set a time limit for when you can bump next time. This may be similar for other functions that have a set time before the same command can be used again.

- Discord Server Invite Links
We only keep track of discord server invite links for the purpose of maintaining usage of our guild search functions, instead of using an already existing link, we create one for you that has no join and expiry limit. This is to ensure that the bot runs smoothly and does not rely on links that have expiry limits.

- Command Data
We keep track of some of your usage of commands for data in order for certain commands to function, one such function is "/banner_roll". We take the command's output and store it into a database in order to use it for other functions and commands. However, we do not disclose your command data freely, all data that is given will remain anonymous.

- Server Members Intent
We keep track of your server member counts in order to maintain usage of our guild search functions, similarly to keeping and storing your discord Server IDs and Names, you can opt out by deleting your server, and that you are tracked if you are registered with us using "/setup_guild".

- Bot Leaves and Joins
We keep track of bot leaves and joins in order to maintain usage of our guild search functions, as bot leaving can be exploited by creating new data in order to trick us into sending guild advertisements without any cooldown. This is to ensure that vulnerabilities are in place. Once a bot leaves, we keep track of the bump time as well as guild serial number to avoid exploitation, this data will also be removed 7 days after it was captured.

We also require a list of permissions that are required for the user to give to us in order for the best experience possible. We respect your privacy and will ensure that the permissions that are given will not be exploited and we will not collect data unless stated here. Here is an overview of what each permission does and why we collect it.

- Manage Server and Create Instant Invite
We require the Manage Server permission to ensure the guild function runs smoothly, an example of this would be our invite checker, to check all invites to make sure that they are valid, if they aren't, we autogenerate a new link for your guild advertisement through the create instant invites permission.

- Embed links and Sending Messages and File Attachment
These are essential permissions required for the bot to run, as our output mostly relies on using embeds and message sending, we require these two permissions to ensure that you have the best possible experience on The System. Without these core permissions, the bot is unable to function properly and thus is needed for all commands.

The System TOS

You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required by your country’s laws.
You may not use the bot for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes. This would include spamming and overloading the bot.
You must not attempt to bypass the bot's security measures in any way.
You must abide by the rules that are stated in the server, "Anime Conquest", which applies to any server actively using our services.
