- Every promotion have a public 05 discussion on issues new staff feel are important

- Poll staff prior to the promotions to ask how things could be done more betterer

- Topics deemed important can go for further discussion

Site Theme Update Contest

- Off-site contest for people to make a new theme for the contest using the Sigma-9 template

- The best designs as voted on by the community are submitted to 05 for staff voting

- Staff voting on whether to change the theme or keep the present one
