  1. So, firstly, No. 5, ‘The Right to Monitor’ is both exclusive to Samsung specified applications and must therefore be titled as such.
  2. Secondly, it's a clause put to me under duress because at the point in time it was progressed past I had to use the phone that I just paid $1’300.00 for. By law I am still under duress right now.
  3.
  4. Any advances made to try to take advantage of the illegitimate set of Terms of Conditions described in it are in fact illegal, but I am most faithful that Samsung and the parties it is meant to benefit do so honestly; under the Australian Fair Trade Agreement.
  5. Under no circumstances can any new branch, faculty, department, third party, contractor, outsourced representative or so called affiliate of Samsung claim right against me or to the recognised detriment of, especially in cases deemed to breach civil rights or violate privacy with no true requirement of Samsung in its endeavour to improve the service, or any consumer who purchases this product for private use for that matter, who were not internal departments integral to the sole reason of improved development of this device and Samsung titled services AT THE TIME THAT NO.5 THE RIGHT TO MONITOR WAS WRITTEN.
