  1. It seemed that the fight ridding alongside there's came to a halt quicker than his own.
  2.
  3. Deo felt the fire giant flee as the creature knew that the blind boy was going to make this burrial final. But he was too busy in the middle of his own fight to do anything about that situation.
  4.
  5. Now, Deo was facing the boy who he just beat. He grew happy as the boy accepted his hand shake and allowed for him to pull him up to a stand.
  6.
  7. "Free man? Or free kid?! Hahaha! Plus! It's okay! Don't worry about it! I understand. I wouldn't harm you for no reason. I just had a feeling that he was doing something to act such a way. Unless. . . you were just weird and liked to be a slave." He replied to Daran.
  8.
  9. He skipped the fact that Daran had spoke of the elemental as an "Asshole" as he had no idea what it meant.
  10.
  11. "Just stick around me and I'll make sure that fire giant doesn't lay a hand on you. Those Radiant Dawn people say they protect these lands but they don't. They weren't here now, and they don't ever plan to be. I knew that they truly weren't good guys. . . . Anyway. . . that can rest for now. I gotta deal with this one creature." He started off friendly but his tone changed into a more serious one in the end as he prepped himself for another fight.
  12.
  13. But just then, the boy who was defeated ran away and the creature stood there awaiting for Deo. It was as if the creature knew that Deo was coming after it and was about to punish it. Which made the boy question what was going on.
  14.
  15. Frowning, he made his way over towards the fox-like creature.Taking his time as he was in no rush. But if the creature planned to lash out at him. Deo wouldn't waste any second to bring this beast down the same way he would do to any foe.
  16.
  17. As he finally reached the creature he asked.
  18.
  19. "You attacked that boy then let him go. Why?" he quizzed.
  20.
  21. Thinking of this scenario, it made Deo think of his fight with Daran. Then what Daran had said about the fire giant.
  22.
  23. Without turning around. He tilted his head to his side to indicate towards Daran that he was talking about.
  24.
  25. "What's an ass-hole?" he questioned
  26.
  27. (Deo Hajara)
  28. Shinra cleaned her claws. She watched and listened to Deo, and crouched on the earth. She watched the amazing finish of combat between the others, and just... stared.
  29.
  30. Gruin had fled, she had no reason to attack, nor did she have a reason to flee... yet. Gruin was afraid of Deo. Shinra knew Deo was no threat to one who was smart. To one who wasn't so... rough around the edges.
  31.
  32. "None of us are free. Not until Gruin is dead." she says with a direct stare. "He will return, and force us to fight. He will return and burn things. I have no ill intent to people. Why should I kill those who do not threaten me first? I fought to survive under Gruin's fiery control. I have not the power to resist his demands." she said, calm and collected. Her wounds were mostly sealed, and she wasn't worried.
  33.
  34. Besides... Deo didn't kill needlessly it seemed. "I am not like Gruin. I am smart. I do not enforce violence." she states. "I never intended to keep the child. Even if Gruin tried, I knew you would stop him. Or better. Slay him." she nodded.
  35.
  36. "Why would I help him burn down my home afterall? Fire is bright... it burns my eyes. I have no interest in such things."
  37. (Shinra)
  38. Freedom
  39.
  40. The shackles were off as the creature had flee frm the scene. Though he knew that he would see it soon rather than later. Daran was no slave but he was no idiot at all. Survival was key and he knew if he failed the yokai it would cost him. So he fought with all he had. To please the yokai as some would say. Daran was a child after all who just stepped into these dangers.
  41.
  42. "Yes, the Radiant guys sure are talkative. Their actions are flase though. I have been told by my teacher than let things run like this. Many would say they caused this out pour of yokai in this forest. Attacks and all included which i dislike very much."
  43.
  44. Deo then asked him what a asshole was. As he was about ask he would hear the yokai words.
  45.
  46. "She has a major point on her part. If i were to leave her alone with him he would punish her most likely. I'm not evil but i do help those who ask for it. I heard yokai are not able to do anything unless they reach a certain level of power. At this time she is no position to disobey."
  47.
  48. Daran looked at Deo.
  49.
  50. "As long as that yokai breathes and the fox is still the way she is. Then she will have no freedom at all. I would like to stick around until that point comes. Then i plan to walk away. Though at the time the creatures power keeps growing and growing. So i'm not sure how i will be able to handle it."
  51.
  52. He knew the level of power yokais can reach. Thogh he had yet to lay eyes on the power above a elemental. It was something he hoped not to face anytime soon.
  53. (Daran Lakewater)
  54. Raazaa wanted to test its new strength. It would find its sister, and they would feast. Maybe fight a giga if they could find one......
  55.
  56. Raazaa came into a weird scene, he had seen Griuntherche fleeing, and went the direction he ran from. Eventually coming to find Shinra, around her two humans.
  57.
  58. Boldly walking into sight Raazaa, A now huge sandy colored insect humanoid, with a giant sweeping scorpion tail, looks at Shinra and lets out a gravelly laugh "I saw Griuntherche fleeing! What happened?" Its circular maw moving in attempt to grin then stopping realizing it was impossible for it to do.....
  59.
  60. Raazaa needed to adapt faster to these changes.....
  61.
  62.
  63. (Raazaa)
  64. Disgusted . . .
  65.
  66. Just as Deo was on the brink of celebrating, his mood was brought down by how Shinra and Daran spoke of that fire giant. It had seemed that it's name was Gruin. Or perhaps it was shortened. But at the same time, things were more dire as Deo stared towards the ground as he felt the vibrations of the two around him. They weren't shaking or trembling. But they held no indication of a lie. Neither of them were speaking lies.
  67.
  68. Instead the truth. Making Deo consider what he had actually done. What he unleashed upon the world. He had the chance to kill this fire giant twice. But he did not take it. Was he too nice? He didn't know. The boy who was around his age seemed fixed on killing the fire giant to end the pain of others around him. As for Deo, the fire giant had done nothing but threaten his exisitance.
  69.
  70. As of now, it was plain to see that if the two were to come together again. That only one was going to leave alive.
  71.
  72. But as of now, it would seem that another creature would come into the scene. One of a weird nature that Deo couldn't explain. But it seemed that it came down to the point where it finally spoke. But mostly to the fox creature but he felt like it was to the entire crowd.
  73.
  74. "Griun-ther-che is the name? . . . Well, I guess I should start by saying that I'm a blind kid. Who goes by the name Deo!" he started as he coughed to gather his voice and to buy time to think of what he should say next.
  75.
  76. After a couple of awkward seconds went by of stalling. Deo finally continued. To tell the truth.
  77.
  78. "I fought with the fire giant- Griun-ther-che before. And I won. I warned him that if he threatend another person again that I would end him. I don't feel that killing is right without a good reason so I let him go even though he threatened to kill me himself. The fight was close though.
  79.
  80. Ahem.
  81.
  82. "So now the fire gia- Griun-ther-che threatened the fox creature, so I interevened as I didn't want bloodshed to happen. That was when Griuntherche fled because he knew that if I stayed for long. That the two of us were going to fight, and if we were to fight. Only one would leave alive." he said, closing his explaination.
  83.
  84. But then he perked up as he opened his hand and a ball of flame appeared. A wide smile would find itself on his face as he spoke once more.
  85.
  86. " But I know all four elements now! So there's no way that he can beat me now! So he ran!"
  87. (Deo Hajara)
