Reasons:
*Changelings are my favorite race and Gates is my favorite saga. I can finally play both, and perhaps my only shot at doing so ever with them being merged off.
*I've iconned a sick fully-fledged, custom icon for it!
*I'm good about not going overboard and potentially making this combo grime city if it ends up really good.
*I like to consider myself lore police. I want to beating stick people into following the topic a bit better where possible such as ensuring those damned saiyans know where they should be and pushing people to not be so kind to them while dealing with those who are fucking it up.
*This would be very fun for me and I've been excited which is the purest but dumbest reason.

Background/Ignorables:

King was born to the heritage of Changeling in the land of Illustria a poverty-stricken youth abandoned by her ancestry once the snake-like traits finally came to properly fill her blood. She was considered so hideously freaky, even by the standards of her own kin they did not dare keep them. With time, however, King would grow to push back the snake blood within and bring back some level of their humanity leaving only but a giant snake ponytail in its stead. The sheer weight of this new appendage would pressure her down to the ground from its sheer weight, but King learned to grow, their body steeling itself through hardships, and would use her natural curse to charm snakes to make coin.

Later her ambitions of wealth would overtake them for one thing never faulted her growing up: Money. In her culture it is wealth that shows your success and she wishes to show herself as such. Without proper education, she then moved to learn how to be a belly dancer of which she grew to become rather known across the land due to her strange traits. Her newly found talents and respected heritage would finally earn her the respect she desired and act as a footstone to greatness but she still deeply resented her snake-like being which others admired.

King, as she calls themself after the King Cobra has three strong motivations:

1. To accumulate a wealth which rivals the greatest in the land they hail from through any means necessary and potentially even create their own corporation.

2. To find out more about why they manifested such a racial binding upon themselves and perhaps in travels to Wasou, find a way to undo the curse and bring an end to this race.

3. Gain a level of fame that extends beyond that of Illustria for both their deeds and talents.
