That's why everyone calls her No No, when she's upset and the ones who are younger than her usually call her this just to piss her.
Although she is not that hard to approach and is good friend, who always has your back, she can be very rude sometimes.
Even if she is Medic she is unbelievably good at cooking, even if she doesn't like cooking. She is just too mature for her age.

  ↳ This girl was born in insanely cold winter day. 16.02.2001. Like the day she was born, she is really cold. Actually she wasn't like this all of her life. She was really good and smiley girl. Everyone liked her and she was friends with everyone.

One day when she was going home from school she saw very suspicious looking person but didn't pay much attention to him and started thinking what should she buy for her brother's birthday.
The other moment she was laying on the asphalt and blacked out. She was hit by this suspicious looking person and kidnapped.

When she woke up she in a hospital. She was super curious but she was so weak, she couldn't stand up. So Yan was scared. There was something wrong. Then a woman came into the room and said "WICKED is good. Don't worry. We're here to help." — and that's how she got into WICKED

↳ She just came and he was the one to help her out at first. He helped her remember her name, and helped her make friends. He was really cute and kind around her, which made her open for him.

↳ Since Mark was the first to help her and try befriend her, So Yan gave him first her thrust. So Yan was really touched by his actions and Mark became Soya's first friend there. She also thinks that they kind of think the same. She also doesn't like the idea of falling in love while in the maze.

Long stares mean that they should talk about something important, glares mean that they should shut up about something, puppy eyes mean that they are hungry and fast shifting of the direction the eyes are looking into means that they have concerns to share.
↳ CLOSER - Their relationship is the worst out of all the Gladers as well as with two other girls. These girls are both really good at planning but CLOSER got to be the one who plans the maps. So Yan is really jealous and actually dislikes CLOSER's guts. They really love arguing.
↳ TRICKSHOT - Their relationship is really bad too. The only thing that makes them not wanting to be friends is that TRICKSHOT's friends doesn't So Yan. So Yan inside actually really wants to befriend TRICKSHOT but she doesn't have the social skills and there is no right time with her.
↳ CAREFREE - They are on good terms. So Yan tried approaching her but they are really awkward in each other's company. So Yan isn't the most talkative even if she wants to be and CAREFREE is quite shy and quiet so they hadn't talked to each other recently.
↳ INSECURE - It's not like they hate each other, they just can't stay together for more than 5 minutes. It's because she's the ray of sunshine in the Glide but So Yan is so cold and prideful that it hurts your eyes. So Yan is usually one of the people who uses her kindness and sensitivity to do the dirty part of her job.
