  1.
  2. Under the depths of the ocean, a creature stirs. It's time has finally come once again to feed, and from its quiant home in an undersea cave, Hydrainus comes out for its daylight snack.
  3.
  4. The ocean at it's beck and call as it moves itself around the ocean towards the surface, the sunlight greeting it's face. As it comes closer and closer, it is only evident that this monster means buisness and if it doesn't get what it wants. . . .well it looks like it will have to force it. It's scales on it's body move in time to the muscles underneath as the fins on it's back are visible. The prey see's its target and begins to move fowards, slowly and slowly until its fins are quite visible.
  5.
  6. There is only a matter of time before it reaches the shores of Antegria and it's residents that do see it are already in a panic, moving away from the shore and hoping they don't get caught inside it's mouth. But perhaps valiant heros wills save this island in it's desperate time of need, but first, they must prepare themselves. . .
  7. The tumultuous nature of the exodus was something to be remarked, as men, women, and children alike took flight. Shirts and dresses and hair fluttered in the wind as them people that were deemed citizens found their strength and bolted, having seen the spine rebel against the surface of the water, cutting it in a manner that it could cut a human. Rightfully so, this natural refuse was not something they wanted to pit themselves against, and so they ran, as any sane man or woman would and should, finding refuge on the land, on the place that they could not be reached.
  8.
  9. Their boat was off shore, but not terribly so. The city that they needed to protect was still there, and they were keen on liberating it from the oppression that this monstrosity brought about. The trade routes, the boats, everything that defined this state needed to be preserved and restored, and the only ones that were able and willing were now aboard a boat and sailing into the maw of this forsaken beast. It was an act that required bravery or stupidity, or perhaps a solution that contained both, and so they went, into the fray, where they would seek a chapter in the book of heroes.
  10.
  11. The boy was that, and so there was some fear, some trembling in the layered muscles that were his thighs. Trepidation came and bubbled in the back of his mind, and hesitation now filled him, but these emotions were those that could be killed off with reassurances of loyalty and faith. This was necessary for the good of his settlement, for the betterment of his world, and for the safety of his queen and her country; and so, much like everyone else scurrying about the ship, he found his legs and his mind, and prepared to put them to use.
  12.
  13. He stood not on the edge, but squarely in the middle, pressed against a crate. His arms were crossed and his head was bowed, and he waited, not for anything but for that one thing, for the specific remark or motion that would be the ringing bell for him and his comrades to strike out against the monster. He was not refreshed on sea warfare, nor did he have any knowledge; so, he remained back, reserved, waiting for instruction or opportunity, whichever happened to peak its head out first would be what he employed.
  14.
  15. (Cain Kyros)
  16. Well then, it was time to save Antegria from a sea creature! Unfortunately Zakai didn't have a say in this due to him being Jinsei's bodygaurd. So the male quickly grabbed one of the staffs that he had gotten from a blacksmith and immediately ran to the nearest boat. If the Earl was going to go ahead and attempt to destroy or stop the monster immediately from reaching Antegria, it seemed like Zakai would have to go with him aswell! Once he reached the boat, the mercenary immediately boarded it and cracked his neck. Pulling out a cigarette, the male placed it between his lips and lit it quickly inhaling a deep breath.
  17.
  18. "Well then, I guess i'm a monster hunter now! HAH! This probably is what was causing the ships to dissapear far along the coast....Alright then....Come at me with everything you got!" Giving a firm nod, Zakai turned over to some harpoons that weren't already loaded into the cannon. He could send a few of them towards the beast if Jinsei would need that to happen. Holding out his left hand towards the metal, the male immediately sent jet streams of mana towards the harpoons, and once they made contact, Zakai immediately was relayed messages of the structure.
  19.
  20. Turning towards the creature that was swimming underneath the water, Zakai waited for orders so he can begin to attack the creature. With it being from the sea, it was obvious that fire magic would not be that helpful, unless Zakai is stronger then he had hoped! But for the most part he would be relying on his earth and holy skills to defeat this utter beast. As the invicible shield, he wasn't going to let anyone die once more infront of him.
  21.
  22. He was going to defeat this creature.
  23. (Zakai)
  24. Upon the mighty ship he called Cecilia ,ship of voyages and bravery on which it will face. The young teen saw that many were in panic, he shouted to everyone "Set course for sail and capture! The beast is upon us!" he exclaimed to his allies and those who were willing to work aside him.
  25.
  26. "Ready the Harpoons!" the sailors shouted among themselves, Jinsei wondering how the other magi on the ship will react, all on deck! All ready and all seemingly iniated for combat upon the water, but will their skills be enough? Jinsei showed no hace to go and stand on the bow sprit so that not only will he be the first into combat if needed.
  27.
  28. But will he be the first to see where it will arrive from, he knew that there was many harpoons especially upon the main deck for levrage and to be able to drag the ebast in IF They managed to weaken it enough for such or shoot it accurately enough.
  29.
  30. He knew that magic would not be enough to fight something under water and as vast as it may be. People upon the gun deck, the Quarter deck, the Poop deck, even some on the very side of the ship hanging from the ropes. Jinsei was the one standing on the pillar upon the bow sprit , waiting...He said to himself.
  31.
  32. "Two years..I've been waiting to face such a challenge and lead a crew like this..But my only worry fear is the result..This very ship might even be destroyed, no one will be going home un-harmed ..This I know from my years of experience in Antegria both old and new..But this being the first I hear of such cries from the water.." as a young leader, he had these challenges to face, to lead his people into battle.. Now he looked to Zakai, Augustus, Rakim, Cain and Demitri Merik...
  33.
  34. "Brace yourselves! We all may face great loss today! Against a monstrosity like no other!"
  35. (Jinsei R. Silverwing)
  36. It had been three months since Demetri had his arm reattached. In that time he had been taking very good and careful care of his zombie like arm. The doctoring magi had told him it would become easily infected if he failed to care for it the way he had been. That aside he had doubled the armor over his left arm to protect it more than usual.
  37.
  38. Out and about Demetri had decided to venture to Antegria to see about possibly purchasing a house there. The home in Tilandre was no longer able to hold up to what he needed it for, it was too close to other homes and wasn't exactly sound proof. Though just as he was making his way onto the dock he saw panic struck residents and fishermen and the like rushing past him. Giving a small sigh Demetri turned and made for the larger ship anchored just off the docks.
  39.
  40. A quick bit of Hellstorm and the male appeared from a thick dark red static cloud that soon dispursed as fast as it appeared. An instant later and his occult aura wrapped over him once more fraying out with a few tendrils that were pointing towards the creature that was sombering it's way towards Antegria.
  41.
  42. 'Oh look at that beauty, Demetri. Shall we break in the arm for real this time?'
  43.
  44. The snake like voice of his darkness echoed through his mind as he stood there looking out over the port side. For now he wouldn't reply to the voice, given those around him would likely take him for a loon. Looking up towards the aft of the ship and to the wheel.
  45.
  46. " Demetri Merik, Eagle in the Avis. I'll help this ship take the beast. "
  47.
  48. Despite the lumbering creature making it's way toward them his voice was calm and on point. Casting his charcoal gaze back out towards it, the monster, Demetri rolled his neck left to right sending out a few pops. A moment later and his occult aura gave way to a full body Hellstorm shroud that danced off of his black armor.
  49. (Demetri Merik II)
  50. Jinsei R. Silverwing: <*draw and points sword out to the water!*>
  51. Demetri Merik II: -Draws sword and rolls it between fingers-
  52. Creatures of many origins did not scare him, he had created alliances with monsters and those whom are deemed cursed. It did not impress him, he was not going to back down in that fact. Blessed with a curse, he unfolded his arms when boarding the ship.
  53.
  54. Smoke lurked about the figure, his eyes amber. Vapid it moved around him. This was but a challenge another could admire, his envious grace holding no limits. Though this creature would be of use, especially for runewriting and alchemy. Perhaps even the skin?
  55.
  56. Thinking in greed he shook his head. It seemed he already decided what he would obtain, an eye for an alchemy potion and piece of skin enough for a staff. Moving to the barrels he watched the seas, his eyes showing a twinkle. Interested in how powerful this monster would be.
  57.
  58. An ice harpoon forged automatically in his right hand, cracking his neck he would smash back his hand. Already prepared to shoot away what he made, he aimed straight to the water. Something large was moving deep in the water, he could feel it as a master of water, wind and ice.
  59.
  60. "Do not fear something you can see, this is simple. Now let's see how strong it is, shall we.. my friends?" the man would say with a chuckle. Tensed, he mumbled some strategy he planned already; his water magic becoming useful.
  61. (Octavius Solomon)
  62. Rakim would wait on this vast ship as it was pulled out into the harbor. He was a frost vale native and not used to large sea fare travel like this. Feeling sick to his stomache he'd clutch it tightly and groan. It took him a bit to adjust to the sea sickness that ships and waves produced. The salty air and the beautiful horizon waz wonderful however he could not enjoy it as of right now.
  63.
  64. His muscles tensed up he'd attempt to see if there was anything off in the distance of their quarry. Seeing nothing as of yet Rakim would lay down on the ship drinking water that would hopefully that would cure him. While Jinsei was playing pretend pirate captain they had an inimportatn job to do out here at sea. The ship rocking ever so slightly made it alot more painful.
  65.
  66. True he was not in Tilandre and Antegria for two years but his friend the white count asked and so he came to find this beast. Using mourengale and occultic magics hopefully he could be able to be of some use. Shaking his head it was too hard to concetrate on a single thought right now. All Rakim had to worry about was getting over his sea sickness on this beautiful day.
  67. (Rakim Anemoi)
  68. Hydrainus whispers something.
  69. Hydrainus whispers something.
  70. Simon Solomon: <*Was there the whole time*>
  71. A ship. . . filled with magi, the tastiest type of food that there was. Aside from the regular people and fish in the sea. But that was beside the point it was starting to get more hungry by the second and it knew what to do.
  72.
  73. It's fins would rise up more and more upon the surface until it's mouth would be able to be seen, getting some water in its mouth that would soon be exiting out of the side of its fins. A roar would be heard that blew a blast of wind and sound towards them, perhaps disorientating a few that were in front, but the monster was going to continue to come at a faster pace as it was closing in on the ship. Whatever the brave magi did against the monster better work for one because otherwise they might be sitting ducks otherwise.
  74.
  75. (Rolling time. now my rollers are going to roll so see if they get to hit the monster with their harpoons. You get to roll once. Good Luck. Also the things will go like this
  76.
  77. 1-2 miss gg rip 3-4 hit 5-6 hit a critical spot)
  78. The aims of the combatants were almost practically true.
  79.
  80. Parts of the fins and body of the fish is hit with the harpoons sticking out from it, but it seems angry as roars come from it and now, its friends arrive on the scene. Monstrosities as water skurn come to the aid of the monster. It continues to rush the ship but its speed is much slower and so it is possible that with another round of harpoons, it will be weak enough for the magis to bring it to land, but beware the skurn as they are a force to be rekon with.
  81.
  82. (Now my rollers, 1-3 is a miss and 4-6 is a hit Good luck.. . )
  83. The skurns truly were a force to be messed with. But while they magi had shot fast, their aim was true and they managed to hit the creature. Sadly, a little blood seemed to be coming out of it but it was soon sealed up as the harpoons "pop, pop, pop, popped" out of the body of the fish. Truly, if they were to cast a rope around the fish some how, they would be able to get it to shore to fight. But the skurns were not going to give up on the battle and would stop such an attempt.
  84.
  85. (Ropes now, same thing, and we need at least three magi to make it for the fish to be brought in.
  86.
  87. 1-3 miss/deflect 4-6 make it
  88.
  89. and afterwards you can rp)
  90. Octavius would form a pilar of ice that kept the rope intact, his eyes set on the prize he would make sure to not miss this one. For he had already missed the second time, he was not going to miss the third time. We all knew why, for the third time's a charm.
  91.
  92. Locking the rope to the pilar he would first set forth the ice pilar straight through it's scales. It may have not hit a point of true critical purity, but this time he would make sure to make it count. Throwing down the rope around the monster without fail he manipulated the pilar behind him.
  93.
  94. The pilar would set towards the west, attempting to drag the being in with pure force. The ice was literally a strong amount of pressure considering this was based on one's magical potential, not the strength. Which was exactly what he had planned all along.
  95.
  96. Jinsei was also seemingly doing well, though.. the others? They didn't seem to do much except throw the harpoons lightly at the sea creature. Though he did not give a single fuck, he continued without avail; supporting the rope with his mere magical potency.
  97. (Octavius Solomon)
  98. This being one intense course of events, the massive beast within the waters , coming towards them all, and their ship preparing to take it on with what military power it held with them all including the magi and non magi all together.
  99.
  100. The winds came in ,brushing by the ship , Jinsei being one of the first, he readied his harpoon from where he was on the ship, aiming to both damage and rope it, he fired his initial shot! It landed! Barely but it landed , giving him the advantage to go in for another round of shooting at this beast.*rolled a 3*
  101.
  102. "Fire! Fire The Harpoons now!" he shouted to all around him, the young SIlverwing had his eyes focused on one thing and that was to defeat this beast and protect the Kingdom of Tilandre and Antegria, his aim focused on the center and the limbs to cripple it, firing his harpoon once more when it was reloaded!
  103.
  104. This one landed without flaw! Enhanced by gravity and wind magic, it hurled through the air to hit where it was needed most to be able to drag in this monstrosity though it was not enough, it was not him fighting alone but rather other magi as well.!
  105.
  106. For the time being he carried it out for them, until he got cocky minded in the end trying to shoot quickly , ultimately failing to even strike it, the harpoon being deflected! Jinsei's eyes widened from this!
  107.
  108. "Ryujin Be Damned!" he said to himself , the boat floating up and down fromt he strong waves this beast delivered, shall he be hit by a water beam because of his failure to land the last harpoon he sent, then the teen would show no fear in facing the punishment! He fought for the land he and Selatiel lead, he battled for glory and honor, his eyes glared upon the beast with the anger of Ryujin, his fist that of man, his courage that of Valmasia, his will ,being the free Silverwing..
  109. (Jinsei R. Silverwing)
  110. Swiping his hand across the air, more metal harpoons were launched towards the creature, but it seemed that all of the groups efforts were going to end up dieing down in vain. No matter how much they aimed the harpoons, the monster was just moving too swiftly and evaded most of them. And for the ones that did it? Well they weren't strong enough or landed in great enough spots to stop the creature from nearing the ship. It was clear that they wouldn't be able to stop the beast from ramming into the ship. They were going to end up becoming sitting ducks if they didn't do anything!
  111.
  112. Tieing a rope around a harpoon, Zakai raised it into the air as he aimed it steadily towards the beast....WHOOOSH! The Harpoon was sent with a ferocity of speed as it landed directly onto the monster. Haha! Another direct hit! Looks like aiming on the sea wasn't that bad afterall! But hopefully this thing wouldn't destroy the boat they were on. Or else they might all just end up to become kraken food! Sending more harpoons towards the beast, Zakai grabbed onto the one with a rope and began to tug the beast towards the ship. But his strength wasn't enough to bring it close enough. Hopefully he'd be able to do this with the combined might of the team.
  113.
  114. "HEEEEEEEAVE! HEAAAAAAAAAAVE! HEAVE THIS DAMN SHIT!" Hopefully everyone else would have landed enough strikes with the harpoon to defeat the monster. Was a miracle going to pull through for this group so they can defend Antegria? Or was the efforts of the group going to fail in the very end? Only their actions would help decide their fates.
  115. (Zakai)
  116. Upon the boat, Simon would accompany Octavius, staying relatively close to him. The plan was to use Time magic to speed up the harpoons so that they flew faster and struck harder. It was discussed between the two as they traveled out.
  117.
  118. The first few times didn't work out so well, but eventually he manipulated it just so, so that it pierced deep into the beast, the time about the ice spear had sped up to incredible rates. He had gotten a good deal of practice from the first two times...
  119.
  120. As they would begin the hoisting process, Simon would aid Octavius, using not magical power, but brute force. He wasn't really paying much attention to the others, except perhaps Jinsei who seemed to be doing exceptionally well.
  121.
  122. "Just a bit more, DAMN THIS THING IS HEAVY!"
  123. (Simon Solomon)
  124. The QUEST TO HUNT MONSTERS WAS ON! If only they were on land. It'd be much easier for Selatiel to simply fling her flames and burn literally everything! But see, when you were on a wooden boat; it was hard to do that Burning of Everything that she often did in combat when if the boat caught aflame, many of her compatriots would simply sink and drown. Luckily for Selatiel if someone else was that retarded; she had Dragon wings and could fly away to the nearest land structure.
  125.
  126. Though she was the military leader of Antegria, she never truly gave off a sense of Professionalism, on the way to the best, she simply had her legs crossed on over the other with one arched up, eyes closed, and hands folded behind her head while her wings and tail were wrapped around her frame. Seemingly enjoying sunbathing upon the ship.
  127.
  128. Once the fiend was found, Selatiel was quick to stand up. Though not exactly the best fisherman in the world, the creature had several harpoons thrown at it by the giant Tsuchi as she finally stood up and looked like she actually cared about the mission. THough one hit, it ended up plopping out. Ropes were also terrible. She never figured out how to use them be it in combat or the bedroom...and thus..resulted in her simply twitching her eye in discontent. "Can I burn it yet?" an of course, rhetoric question. Unless she flew over the waters, her magical flames couldn't really be used at all without risking damage to her allies.
  129.
  130. Why couldn't this be on land?
  131. (Selatiel Tsuchi)
  132. The boy remained in the center of the ship and became an audience member as his comrades began to throw spears and other projectiles toward the monster, and the monster responded by doing whatever it was it did: summoning allies of its own, struggling, and whatever else it could do in order to escape. He spectated but wanted to help, but didn't help, as he wasn't sure what he could do; watching wasn't doing anything, and his hands were, but with his hands he was unsure, and in his mind rested a confusion that couldn't be quelled with his own asinine deductive reasoning.
  133.
  134. He took a hard step on the rocking boat and food a place abreast of his aunt, assuming that she was the one that would be most likely to let him in on the aid. He didn't impose but only stared at her with frantic eyes, his hands still up as he looked for something to place them on. The desire to help was there, but as aforementioned, he wasn't sure if he would be getting in the way or obstructing things any more than they already were. For now, he supposed, his relative was the best option.
  135.
  136. "I want to help-how can I help?" He shouted toward his aunt, a proclamation of his inner yearning, of his wish, of the wish that was to provide some beneficial charity to all those around. He had signed up and he had promised to do what he could in defense of civilization, of society versus a beast; and so far, he had failed, only standing about without even the slightest activity. Very soon, he hoped, assuming that there was a chance, he wanted to apply himself an adhesive to further reinforce the course of action his unit had chosen.
  137.
  138. (Cain Kyros)
  139. The fish seemingly defeated begins to be brought towards them but then the ropes begin to tighten and swirl as they try desperately to keep together for the safetly of the ship but
  140.
  141. "snap. . .. snap. . "
  142.
  143. the ropes are broken, and now, the fish is on the offense once again, having healed up and the skurns take the offense first. They rush over the water, bringing some of it with them, already beginning to get ready to strike, the time was now, and the passengers aboard the ship would need to somehow fight back. How? They would have to figure that out now wouldn't they. Hopefully they don't lose to them before the real boss comes.
  144. Myelin Aeros: Mikhail died?
  145. Myelin Aeros: Lol.
  146. You manage to compose yourself and get up.
  147. (1-2 specific limb broken, 3-4 broken ribs, 5-6 sprained ankle and bruises)
  148. The battle was soon upon the warriors that stood before the massive sea beast. A wave of skurn were thrown at them before the beast Hydrainus got there, those of which were dispatched quickly. Soon enough however the monster was soon upon them ready to kill them and move past to Antegria.
  149.
  150. Demetri had teleported himself to the top of the center mast and was waiting until the oppertune moment. When the beast came the male jumped into the air and dissapeared into a loud thunderous clap of Hellstorm that teleported him into the sky a fair distance above the monsters head. His goal there was to take out one or as many of it's eyes as possible.
  151.
  152. Seen free falling through the sky Demetri tightened the grasp on his hilt and turned to face downward so that he was doing a some what pencil dive. As he neared the beast Demetri yet again teleported for the back left eye just under the hard ridge and plunged the Cleaver into the sensative area. Likely the beast would react in a violent mannor to it's eye being taken out which caused Demetri to dislodge from the eye and be flung through the air with little to no time for him to react.
  153.
  154. Slung back through the air he came to a stop as his body nearly wrapped around one of the ships masts causing his armor to dent in the weaker areas as well as leave a few of his ribs broken. Knocked silly, as some would say, Demetri was barely able to react in time and teleport himself to the docks before any further harm could come to him. Now that he was out of the way he rose to his feet with the aid of his sword and went to go back into the fight. Just as he stood straight he felt the agonizing pain from his ribs and hunched over while he used his left arm to brace the area.
  155.
  156. " Damn.. "
  157.
  158. The wounds were hindering him enough to the point that he could not return to battle. For now he stood back and watched as his fellow warriors fought against the massive creature.
  159. (Demetri Merik II)
  160. They say that sometimes heros and villians like to arrive on a scene late. This happened to be one of those times, as a sudden man would make his apperance. Wearing a hood and a cape, they made their silent approach, coming towards the sounds of battle on a smaller boat. Depravity was attempted to be held in by them. As lavender eyes stared forwards from their hood, their small boat would come to the big boat, and then a quick scaling of the side of the ocean vechile would cause for them to arrive.
  161.
  162. "I apologize for being late. Asmodeus has arrived."
  163.
  164. A calm expression about the occultist's face as an aura of darkness would come about them, wrapping around like a robe as he joined the line of the others who would battle. Within seconds, the battle would be found to be onwards, the man being swarmed by skurns before seeing what appeared to be a large sea monster. Lavender eyes stared at it for a few moments, watching as the others dove into battle and picking up the rear.
  165.
  166. The battle seemed to be quite good, the magi present overcoming the creature in battle, causing for a blink of the man. Asmodeus would back up, glancing towards the others present with a curiousity of what they were going to do.. There didn't seem to be an awful lot to salvage from this expedition for him, so instead he simply watched...
  167.
  168. Well watched and attempted to put out some of the fires that he started. The man was quite.. sloppy per say in the way he battled.
  169. (Spike Malpercius)
  170. Myelin arrived late, but just in time for the fun it seemed. He was stretching out his wings when he spotted a group of friends he met before. They were sailing at the time. Myelin figured that one of them had to of been Jinsei, granted it had been awhile since He saw him.
  171.
  172. It wasn't as if he wasn't invited. He had business and a mission assigned to him from his Heiress to meet with Jinsei. It seemed he picked the right time to meet up with him. As his spear was about to be put in full effect.
  173.
  174. The boat was being attacked by a creature Myeliin had never seen before. Figuring that another skilled warrior coudln't hurt. He dove down and landed upon the boat.
  175.
  176. His spear and shield out and ready. He sprinted towards the monster his wings expanded. Giving him speed and strength for each blow. Landing a few critical hits that left the beast bloody in the spots where his spear like a harpoon was connecting.
  177.
  178. Jumping on the back of the beast able to land a few strikes upon it's backa s the seas and waves crashed against Myelin throwing him off the massive fish like monster and back onto the boat.
  179.
  180. At first the fight was going a good way for Myelin moving around the boat getting a few hacks in when he could. But the monster kept swinging it's body around attacking the ship.
  181.
  182. Myelin was amazed that the ship was intact for the most part. Sadly though that wasn't for long. During one of the monsters attacks, Myelin got knocked into the main mast. The wind leaving his body was taken from his lungs.
  183.
  184. He leaned over and groaned gripping the right side of his body. It was clear a few ribs were broken. Right before the final blow was delievered luckily for Myelin.
  185.
  186. He wouldn't of been much help if he had to continue on with broken ribs. Standing up and looking around as the creature layed dead in the water. The sea was calming down after what seemed a fierce posiedion like rage underneath.
  187.
  188. Standing up and looking down around the boat. It was in chaos. Would this think be able to take his newly-found companions back to Antegria? If not that would be quite the journey back.
  189. (Myelin Aeros)
  190. Every attack of the Tsuchi was aimed toward burning the life off the Fish, though oddly enough, Selatiel did not aim to damage the head, the head was somethign that the young woman wanted to keep, and something that would go as part of her little 'Monster Head Museum' that she was creating. After this giant fist; the next creature wass likely going to be a gorgon by the looks of things.
  191.
  192. With the team blasting and rippling at the beast; and the Drakanite flying sky high to avoid hitting any allies and aiming her attacks proper; the WOman was quick to notice the fatigue of the beast. With a quick rush toward it; once it seemed like the creature was about to collapse under it's won weight; Selatiel flew down.
  193.
  194. Pulling roughly onto Hrunting and embuing the blade with fiery might, the sword went toward the neck of the fiend; as Selatiel was quick the severe the head and strip it from the rest of the body. Selatiel's tail; of course, swung toward the head, wrapping it tightly within it's serpentine length to strip it from the bone and hold the bleeding cranium.
  195.
  196. "Another one for the beast museum, eh..?" The Drakanite continued to flap her wings and look down at Jinsei smirking, carrying her voice loudly so that he can hear.
  197. (Selatiel Tsuchi)
  198. What was this? This was battle.
  199.
  200. The ringing, the explosions, and the glorious orchestra of those vulgar sounds of war; the voices, the magic, and the aesthetic yet destructive waves of power; and the danger, the presence of it, and the chance of loss.
  201.
  202. The monster was there and there it was; it was big and imposing, it was misshapen and powerful, and it was there to cause harm. The sea was its domain, and from its home it was drawn. The domicile that was the ocean had cultivated this evil for a great time, and then it had gained power enough to rebel against man-against man it had went, and then it had lost.
  203.
  204. The sea was the master and the boat was but a pet. The waters rocked and rolled, and there were those tentacles or whatever rotting extremities, those fetid, slime covered things came and tried to attack them. The harpoons had disturbed it, and the ropes had been the thing that pulled it in. On the deck of a boat named by a man was the crucible of battle, where warriors were tested, and where they were all tested. It was a challenge of herculean proportions, and they had prevailed.
  205.
  206. The boy himself did not do much in this situation that was fraught with danger and peril. The flames of a holy sort came around him and lifted his hands, and he rained down those healing powers on all that he could. When there were openings he summoned his powerful flames, and sent them forth like the powerful pets they were. He did his damage where he could, but it was not enough to do any real damage. He had done what he could, and that was all that he was able to do. In the end, it had helped some.
  207.
  208. His aunt had been the one that felled the beast, and the rest had only been amplifiers to her ability. She had won, they had won, and so it was over. The boy sat back, breathing hard, sitting down even, and finding a place on the boat that was away from them. He sat and watched, and waited, wanting nothing more than for the boat to float back. There was exhaustion brewing, and he was ready to stop, ready to go home. The deed had be done, and now he was done along with it, seeking only slumber was the boy.
  209.
  210. (Cain Kyros)
  211. This fight going on to be dragged on else where possibly land, the young Saffron and Antegrian readied himself to draw his blade if needed to fight against the huge monster from the deep blue, his eyes focused on it as he took flight to engage into combat along with anyon else that came along for the clash!
  212.
  213. He shouted "For Antegrian History!" the teen shouted, being one to go in at battle fighting the beast with smarts and close range combat , utilizing his Sento blade to cut deep where he needed to cripple it in case it might have landed, while using abilities like the power smash and Garuda placed together.
  214.
  215. He said to himself "Garudian Crushing Claw Fist!..." before utilizing both compression and power smash to try and bring the monster down to its ground and bind it, he saw many others fight along side him with their magic abilities, Selatiel, Octavian and many more, but most had fallen and most were somewhat injured.
  216.
  217. IF THis had been the end, Jinsei would try his best to try and stab the monster in it's ~core~ someplace he aimed for in beliefs that it would do something, he utilized his mystic energies to support his very speed in thsi deadly combat against the monster, while as for others were going for its ehad for armory or alchemy spells . Jinsei went only for it's core, for personal pride reasons. ONLY IF THIS WERE TO BE THE FINAL ROUND would he do this, and if not, then he'd be in a shocking surprise for the enxt turn of events.
  218.
  219. He used his speed to get towards the beast at the final choice of the end, Selatiel probably going for the head for her own benefit, Jinsei saw it fit that he , just like her, do the same but find his own route, such as the core of every being, or something someplace he could obtain something to enhance the very sword he had, the Sento to be infused with whatever life energy this monster were to have, along with Jinsei's own energy. Though this was an attempt, he tried his very best to get to the beast.
  220.
  221. Jinsei saw this as the oppurtune moment for fighting something as vast and as powerful with the abilities of both sound and water, it was the first time he had ever faced such a deadly combonation along with it being naturally strong in the arts of melee, he had to be careful with how he went about fighting this thing to help assure victory. Finally, stabbing it with his Sento in the core once it ws located.
  222. (Jinsei R. Silverwing)
  223. Well then, as the monster rushed upon the boat, the crew just wouldn't give up! Even while on the ship, they had unleashed numerous waves of fire...magma...water....earth....Every magic that you could think of! The monster simply had no chance of beating the crew! But at the same time, it was a beast to be reckoned with. While numerous members were knocked down and some were knocked into the ocean, the ones standing did not budge an inch. This foul creature wasn't going to enter Antegria, and that much was simply put. This certainly was going to be a fight to remember. Hah...Maybe becoming a bodygaurd had it's perks afterall? Zakai was enjoying this fight!
  224.
  225. Raising his shield infront of him, the mercenary created a earth shield blocking a waterbeam perfectly, yet he was still pushed back! After almost falling off of the boat, Zakai pushed forward and quickly summoned Behelith. The earth skurn wasn't afraid of battling water ones.....Waves and beams clashed agaisnt each other as the skurns continued to battle. It was amazing to see that Augustus's skurn was helping out Behelith aswell! Most of the skurns had gotten destroyed, yet the monster wasn't.
  226.
  227. Raising his hand into the air, cannonballs began to raise up slowly, wobbling. He had raised too much at once! So it would be wise if he sent them now. Swiping the air with a quick speed, each cannonball was launched at Hydrainus with a ferocity of speed. They clashed into the beasts body and then everyone else began to finish it off! Finally after numerous attacks, it seemed to be that the monster was finished.
  228.
  229. Spitting his cigarette out towards the side, a bloodied grin formed on Zakai's face. He was still hurt in the midst of battle! Ah..Not everything would go the way as planned. But hey, a tooth was launched into his leg. Pulling it out abrubtly, the male clenched it tightly as he shoved it into his coat's pocket. Trophies for his victory! Gabriel sure would love a sea monsters tooth afterall!
  230. (Zakai)
  231. Considering a point in time where he lost both of his arms, broken? That was something he was quite used to, as he broke his own bones every singular day in a training. Swirling up into the skies onto his ice pilar he started to freeze certain parts of the creatures body.
  232.
  233. This however did not seem pleasant at the end, though at the beginning? He was the one that rolled like a freaking fighter through the ship, attempting to make sure that the creature was contained at all times. Though soon he would meet the face of the creature.
  234.
  235. Terrible as the situation was, a large smash of a tentacle crushed into his right arm. Blood smashed out from his mouth, his eyes almost popping away from the sockets. Yes, someone apparently really wanted to take his arms like always.
  236.
  237. This was starting to become a running fad by now. People breaking and tearing away his arms. Many times before he had experienced foes that were even stronger than this one. The half angel specifically, which seemed to be a true danger instead of this clown!
  238.
  239. Laying down upon the ship it however seemed that the monster was defeated, he just laid there while water sprayed into his body; in an attempt to heal himself up from the impact. Setting forth after that he would simply wander upon his trembling legs; cracking his neck once more.. No biggie.
  240. (Octavius Solomon)
  241. Simon cloaked himself in Illusions, the air around him feeling strange to others as time itself was being distorted. He was not going to face this beast without a proper fight!
  242.
  243. A clone was summoned beside him as a hand reached back and unsheathed the sapphire hued black from his back as he wielded it, eyes blazing with annoyance. Fishes were annoying as hell, especially big ones that seemed to make a habit of eating people and magi alike. Quite a ruckus this aquatic beast has stirred.
  244.
  245. He sent flurries of Illusionry towards the beast, aiding others in the assault by causing it to go blind periodically. Simon wasn't the strongest, but he would definitely play a glorious supporting role. Though, mainly, he aided Octavius, guarding him, trying to deflect hits as his lover sent forth ice and fire and whatever he decided to attack with. A sword would connect roughly with near steel strength scales, the tip would pry between the fish-like skin as Simon tried to stab into it.
  246.
  247. He would be knocked back, though, luckily, he grabbed hold of some rope before being flung overboard. With anger he once more sent his mana into the streams of time, willing for it to wither the beast's defenses and such. It seemed to work somewhat.
  248.
  249. As he looked over, he saw his love twist and writhe under the beast as his arm was crushed into near oblivion. A spark of rage would ignite within him, his face screwing up in unadulterated rage as he bellowed, swinging his sword violently, not caring whether it hurt the beast or not, he just cared that if did something.
  250.
  251. "DON'T. YOU. TOUCH. HIM. YOU. SLIMY. SON. OF. A. BITCH!" Every roar was accompanied by a sword strike, his vision seemed to be turning red in anger.
  252.
  253. Then, without him seeing what stuck, he was knocked backwards, a sharp, excrutiating pain zipping throughout his body as he coughed. Once again blood would spurt from his maw as he hit the ground, his breathing raspy. He stood up quickly and ran to the now very nonchalant Octavius. Though his arm was worse for wear. The beast had been slain, and the loot was being pilfered.
  254.
  255. Yeah, they got fucked up pretty badly.
  256. (Simon Solomon)
  257.
  258. The monsterous fish was finally finished and as the battle was long, hard, and very wet for those who might have been thrown in the ocean, but the skurns and other monstrosities that might have been around, to try to aid in the salvation of the creatures life, it would give out its final roar before being burnt mostly to a crisp by a certain drakanite who managed to save the head from the rest of the body, lucky her, but the real treat for Jinsei was the core.
  259.
  260. As he would strike into it, he would find that core to latch onto his weapon and begin to glow as the core was where all the mana that was being created by the beast was made and stored. And his sword would begin glow with the energy given off from the core and it would resonate with the mystic power that he had as well as his other mana.(still being decided)
  261.
  262. With the rest o the body up for grabs, it would only leave to wonder what the rest of the antegrians wanted from it. Perhaps they would fine something that would allow them further develop their projects to its next step. . But as the oceans calmed, the other sailors would hoist the fish on to the deck and bring it in before putting it on the shore. Allowing the magi to take their pick of what they wanted from the body of the fish.
  263.
  264. And so it was on christmas morn- Just kidding
  265.
  266. So for Octavius, a vial of the fish's blood,
  267. Simon a back of scales
  268. Cain a solitary scale
  269. Selatiel the head
  270. Jinsei the core
  271. Demetri some bones
  272. Zakai some bones
  273. Spike some bones and scales
  274.
  275.
  276. And that was how all the fish was eventually divided, and anything else was taken to the keep vault for safe keeping and preservation (and some extra fluff material).
  277.
  278. Their fight being over, their struggles at end, Jinsei pulled the sword from the core or rather heart of the giant beast with much might and furry, taking it upon himself to later use this as material for his blade to enhance it's powers of capcity to a higher quality alone and to maybe even make the blade stronger as well.
  279.
  280. There was little that can be predicted, who knew what could happen, there was a lot of damage but not enough to even touch or destroy their kingdom, he looked at Selatiel , she held the ehad up high in victory, he smiled at this, and gave her an approving nod, his silver hues settled on the result of victory everyone getting something out of it to motivate them forward perhaps..
  281.
  282. Now they were back in Antegrias main land , no longe ron the docks, everyone seemed to be going home after this big event, a lot of fighters and a lot of damage that had been done, a lot of injuries as well, he was lucky to not have fallen anywhere within the huge battles between them and the giant Hydrainus.
  283.
  284. "Now since that's over we can all go home and recover from the battle we had to face today, we manage to protect Antegria and with much honor ..I hope that in the future , it doesn't get any worse.." he spoke simly as his gaze met the clouds within the bright sky.
  285. (Jinsei R. Silverwing)
