  5. Most of your ideas are just cliché. They're not part of you. If you're saying something inauthentic to your identity, then you can feel it. So, before you talk, it's important that you give some thought to what you're about to say.

I find personally that I struggle to make eye contact while I'm speaking to people because I'm not convinced of my own words so I don't wish to read their face's reaction to it.
