Danny was born on 23 February to a rich English family which started going downhill since the death of his mother at his childbirth.  After such a tragedy his father, John John, fell into a deep depression and became an alcoholic and an abusive parent, both physically and emotionally, toward John John blamed Danny for the death of his wife and was resentful towards him.Due to his father’s incessant abuse, Danny was having bouts of depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder at a very young age. It started with just the depression but Danny soon began having nightmares of his fathers abuse and having manic phases where he seemed to almost enjoy his fathers abusiveness much to his father’s displeasure.
After his brother became of age he took Danny away from the abusive environment of their childhood home which thus angered their father whom then went underground for a period of 10 years. During that time Victor and his brother Wilhelm began a small auto-mechanic’s chain with substantial success. Although hidden, their father kept watch on what they've done and became increasingly displeased with their success. After the 5th month of the 10th year he went to confront Victor and began to physically abuse him again. At this point, Victor couldn't take it anymore; he took a pipe wrench and bashed his father’s skull on the work-table. Wilhelm walked in on his brother sobbing on the floor of the shop covered in blood with their late father glued to the table by dried gore. Victor looked up quickly, said the famous words of the Red Baron, “Ka-put”, and ran away to Lakeside Valley.
