The aerial squadron had changed tactics and were now taking turns nose-
diving toward him, trying to shoot at Godzilla’s heart. They let out one
volley of rockets after the next; however, Godzilla’s body was covered with
a thick layer of scales, and the rockets simply grazed off him without doing
a thing.
With intent, bloodshot eyes, the pilots performed another round of sharp
nosedives toward Godzilla. As they sped toward him, his gigantic form
grew ever larger in front of their windshields. The rockets seemed to be
drawn right into his body, but his enormous body just simply repelled the
explosives one after the other. They didn’t affect him in the slightest.
