Arctic Machoke Vote Reasoning

Machoke is already one of the best pokemon without Dynamic Punch, great stats and some of the best moves like Knock Off. Although it may be strong without it, what puts Machoke into the realm of banning is Dynamic Punch. Dynamic Punch can put dents in Pokemon while always hitting thanks to No Guard; as well as confusing. In gen 6 confusion is 50% making it extra deadly. Machoke can end up beating pokemon it shouldn't with this move . Also, no Mareanie means you don't need to use Earthquake. This opens up the door for moves like bulk up which also helps it muscle around its counters.

Is this uncompetitive?

Well confusion alone is so much so that Swagger is also banned, confusion has no other purposes than getting lucky; unlike paralysis. This is also no gimmick, Dynamic Punch with No Guard is a reliable stab for Machoke meaning you are at no disadvantage for using it.

Is Machoke broken?

With its great bulk and power and ability to boost with Bulk Up, it can seem broken, almost always claiming at least 1 kill. Although the issue here is not dynamic punch alone, its dynamic punch + Machoke. Dynamic Punch is a bad move without an ability like No Guard and Machoke is already insanely good without it. We can't ban Dynamic Punch (due to being a bad move in general) and a complex ban will still leave us with what might still be the best mon in the format. Overall I think we should ban Machoke.
