Any past experiences in being a staff member:

UWARS

Uwars was a 50-125 average player server I moderated on there for approximately 1 year only being demoted once due to inactivity (I went on holidays and forgot to tell them), I think I was highly respected by the community and helped it out greatly, the server was sold recently to the old Developer of the server for IRL problems for the owner.

My Server
I owned my own server for around 2 months and kept it going well with a few ups and downs along the way I was able to collect some money to spend on the server but in the end, the donations coming in weren't adding up to the monthly cost of the server. I closed the server down and to this day it has stayed closed.

Why do you want to become staff?:
I really like helping people out with in-game and IRL things, from a very young age I was very helpful around the house and got whatever job I was put up to done, I really like the server and I want to make sure that players with questions have them answered, I've noticed that a lot of players have trouble with getting answers to their questions mostly because I'm sure 9/10 of the staff team are American etc, I think me having a different timezone will be very helpful for you guys and the rush of questions to you when you join the server will minimize. I think that helping on small servers has had a big effect on my thought of how servers run and work, when I first applied for staff on a server I didn't know the role properly and how it worked and the procedures I was to follow, I would now like to express these on the server. Today I've had several problems regarding the server and none of them were solved due to inactivity of staff in Teamspeak, the saddest part was when I told my friend what I was doing he said "No one's going to do anything there's only an Admin on and they don't really care" I want to change that 'thought' about the server so if there is ever an issue players know they can rely on the team to react fast and have any problems fixed. I love making sure players enjoy their Minecraft experience, as a staff member of my first few servers I played on were helping and supportive towards me, I think that's why I am able to be playing today. I want any new players to have the same experience. I need help almost every other day and 6/10 of the times I don't receive it, what I'm really trying to promote here is that we NEED more staff members to keep the community clean etc. Minecraft has a big part in my life and consumes most of my time, I'd like not to waste that time but to put it to some good use and help out the community. I think it would be cool to be able to help players in-game and in Teamspeak I noticed after 30mins of waiting in Teamspeak that nothing was going to happen, I'd like to change that for all the people who are still to face this problem so that the server does not lose its player count. I aspire to be a youtuber one day and I think that being staff on such a nice network as Realraidz could help me greatly.

Dedication to the server:
I have a lot of dedication to the server and I can play almost every day without failure. I will start whatever I finish whether it be a school project or an in-game issue with a player. I've been working on this application for about 3 hours and I think that shows some of my dedication to the server and I'd like you to take that into consideration.

Scenarios:

Scenario 1: Player is spamming chat -
First I would warn the player for spam or mute depending on the amount and what the player is spamming something such as "Come play my cool server example.minecraftserver.com" I would mute straight away and something like "L you're bad at PVP omg!" spamming that I would warn. I have always thought that I make appropriate choices and that I'm quite fair when doing so.

Scenario 2: A player is reported to be hacking -
Firstly I would teleport and inspect the player closely to gather information on what the player might be using such as Killaura, Phase, Bunnyhop, Speed, Macros/ Autoclicker, Fastbreak/place etc, I'd then confirm they are making sketchy movements and freeze them. Firstly I will ask them if they admit then if they don't I'd move into a screen share with them. If I'm not sure how to screen share properly I will ask another member of the staff team to come and inspect the player and run CheatSmasher if necessary.If the player is found cheating it will be a permanent ban but if they admit they will receive a temporary ban (time according to other staff members)

Scenario 3: A player is requiring help for donations -
I would make sure the player is calm and knows that the issue(s) will be sorted out and he has nothing to worry about, I'd get a staff member with correct permissions and get the player(s) to move into the TS room 'Donation Support Waiting Room' if enough information is collected.
Racism:
Being multi-cultural I take racism very seriously I make sure that any player using racist or descrimitive context is punished with an appropriate punishment.

Teamspeak:
I will be quite active in Teamspeak and whenever I'm on the game I'll be on Teamspeak, I'm sure that Teamspeak could do with some extra people helping out.
Forums:
I am going to be honest and say that I'm not one to Moderate the forums often but I'm sure that within the staff team we will be able to work out some arrangements for me to be able to Moderate something like TS while the others Moderate the Forums.

Rules:
I fully understand the rules of the server and I think I fit into the requirements stated. I am sure that I will follow the rules and make the server look good.
Goals:
I have a hope that one day I will be a Youtuber, I've always tried to create video content but I've never been confident being myself I think that joining the staff team could help me with self-confidence and possibly help me become a Youtuber.
Recording:
I can record at around FPS and I can upload pretty fast, I like to make sure that if I ban a player for non-blatant hacks I record the SS for evidence so if the player negotiates otherwise with other staff members.
Enforcement:
I am quite lenient when it comes to rules but when it comes to the line of "Stupid" I enforce the rules very strongly, politely but strongly.
Screensharing:
I wouldn't call my self good at screen shares but I know most of the things (Snooper settings, Hit button, Texture packs, Mods, TS Cient, Versions, Search for 'Auto' 'Trigger' 'Bot' 'Aura' 'Vape' 'Ghost', Hacker tools)

In-game:
I used to be very toxic in-game and majorly salty but as I've grown older I've learnt to deal with things how they come to you and not to react in negative ways to different situations. I now think I'm quite mature in-game.
Respect:
I think that all players should be treated equally staff are to be treated the same way, being a part of the staff team doesn't mean that everyone has to bow down to you, It just means you've been kind enough to donate your time to the community. I like the quote "No matter your social status (in this case staff) or how powerful you feel you are, we are all equal, we came here by birth and we'll leave by death" Being a staff member doesn't mean that you are superior in any way nor can you speak down to players.
Communication:
I know how to talk to someone if they are having trouble with something or someone I come across as a very laid back, funny person to most people and I'm sure you will all think this too.
Why should we accept you as staff?:
I think that the reasons provided above show why you guys should accept me into the staff team, I will add some extra points as for why you should accept me into the team here. For my first couple of years on Minecraft I didn't know what I was doing at all, I would join servers and then leave just because I didn't know how to play I would never get answers to my questions by staff or players on the servers. I know what your thinking "How does this give us any reason to accept him into the staff team", what I am trying to show is that a lot of staff think of players as players they think they should know the ins and outs of Minecraft what a lot of them don't realize is how many new players join the game each and every month, I'd like to make sure that this server doesn't make itself look like it rejects new players. I think that me being staff will help with this in a massive way. Sometimes I find myself sitting on the server not doing anything, to be honest, I just sit at my base and read chat, I think that I could use that as a potential "Power" so that any new or old players have quick replies to their questions and can keep playing the game. I find my timezone to be very helpful in your situation as when I'm on I find the average player count at about 400-800 I think that that's a huge amount of players to be online without any staff, I don't know if you agree but I think that around 15-25 people out of that 400 are requiring help and around 50-75 people leave the server due to hackers. Using my timezone as an advantage I can use that time to work as a staff member and when there are more of the staff team online I can have a bit more 'free-time' and play. I'm not lazy so if you ever need help you can rely on me to help without any problems unless of course, I am busy with IRL problems or already helping a player. There are a few staff members that I've noticed that don't use their staff ranks for the right reasons but to have an upper hand on players when talking in chat etc. I know when and when I don't need to be mature in different situations I generally have an idea if I should be joking around or if it's a serious matter.
Additional information: I Would prefer to have mod+ or maybe higher and not start as helper but if I have to start at helper that's ok
