01. Alexa who traveled with Ash from BW134 to XY001, to promote the Pokémon X version and Y version games at the time.

03. Prof. Oak's appearances in XY003 and XY&Z047, mentioned in XY006 and XY&Z033 .
04. Dawn's Piplup being referenced in XY022.
05. Ash's reserves being referenced (happens in XY&Z033).

Therefore, Ash has seen an Arceus before. (Happens in Hoopa and the Clash of Ages. The aforementioned Arceus happened in Arceus and the Jewel of Life).
12. The Mother and Daughter from Lucario and the Mystery of Mew cameo in Hoopa in the Clash of Ages, in the opening of Volcanion the Mechanical Marvel and XY050 on a segment based on Mega Evolution that lasted from XY042 to XY054.
13. In XY063, Meowth makes an indirect reference to his relationship with Meowzie (and, to a lesser extent, May's Skitty, Mamie's Glameow, and Misha's Purrloin) when talking about his troubles with love in the past.
