This contract is a written and binding agreement between Entropia Esports and The team members listed in this contract. All members understand and agree to the conditions outlined in this contract.

Entropia Esports agree to....
1) To provide a 128 tick rate server.
2) To provide payment for league/Lan fees (Strictly Inclusive of Entry fees).
3) To provide a teamspeak channel for use.
4) To provide gaming jerseys (When you sign the contract you will give us teams sizes for jerseys, You will receive them in 4 to 6 weeks, If you leave before the year contract you pay us half of the price of jerseys back to us.)

Communication:
The team agrees to keep the Manager up to date at least once a week.


CS-GO Team agree to...
1) Pay 10% of any winnings of up to £500 to Entropia Esports.
2) Pay 15% of any winnings £500 or over to Entropia Esports.
3) Pay rates mentioned in agreement 1) and 2) above to Entropia Esports for any winnings (including but not limited to – Vouchers, Headsets, Keyboards).
4) To give at least two month notice or longer for Lans where possible.
5) Where 2 Months notice is not possible for Lan events, Entropia Esports must be notified with full details as soon as the Team hears about the event.
6) If the Team leaves before the end of year they must pay back to the Entropia Esports 10% of all Lan fees back.
7) Minimum of two players must wear sponsor’s tags in-game.

Any breach to this contract entitles either party to seek legal advice and/or action. Upon breach of this contract Entropia Esports reserves the right to halt payments listed in this contract and take any actions which may be warranted.
