Call 4rm Apple wrt Graphics card issue MBP 2011

Just received a call from Apple, and guys its hand down bad news.. Loriana Quagliato . This lady is based in Ireland and identified herself as Executive Relations - EMEIA, Apple Distributions International. She slapped me politely by saying "People can post / blog anything on the internet but such issues are completely unique and NO ONE who has posted on the blogs / forums are Apple technicians, hence they have no idea about they are talking about" On my repeated emphasis on the fact that we have already walked into Apple Authorized Service Centers and so on and people are being told entirely same thing globally, she clearly ignored all that I said, and simply said "You will have to pay for the repairs and that the only help we can give you". When I interrupted that it is no help at all, if I had to pay for the repairs then what is the meaning of your call, she again repeated herself saying "This is not a global issue, not all machines are faulty, hence there is nothing Apple could really do about this. Hence no help here, we shall keep fighting an uphill battle and try to get some solution for this.
