  1. “If these big businesses were to start paying all of their employees decent wages, it would increase their profit because their employees would be able to afford more of their products and/or services” – culled from “Socialize for Equity”
  2. The concept of Socialize For Equity is an educative book that launches deep into an historical background to some of the problems with the corporate world. The book recognizes and explains the relationship existing between corporations, individuals and the economy.
  3. It also provides the needed effective tools for consumers to use to develop equity while making use of the social media.
  4. In the book, the author explains why the middle class continues to shrink and the danger this poses to the economy of the world and the good living condition of the people. The book recognizes the problems caused by big businesses and proposes a radical new idea that is expected to change the way companies relate with their employees and consumers.
  5. Intro To The Book
  6. The book starts by explaining the idea of inequality, which seems to have always been part of human existence. It describes what poverty means and how difficult it is to stay above it.
  7. The consequence is that many people are living from pay check to pay check. The rich are getting richer. And of course the poor are getting poorer.
  8. With such a large population of the middle class disappearing, true economic growth will be hard to maintain.
  9. Looking Into The Book Proper…
  10. As it stands, a consumer may not be aware of this growing issue of inequality. In fact, you feel it every day when an unexpected purchase or expenses become necessary or an emergency happens.
  11. In Socialize For Equity, the author spells out what that benefit can be for initiating out-of-the-box thinking and having a new mentality. Majority of the businesses are built on the same concept: “Maximize Profits”. "You can never have enough profits when it comes to big business”. Established businesses require more money to run, even if it means stealing it from their workers. Instead of running away from this challenge, the author believes that introducing this innovative approach to a business pattern can actually help it to catch up.
  12. Socialize for Equity is more than just a book, but a new and innovative concept designed to give back to the consumer, and uncover some great insights on conquering the debilitating effects of poverty.
  13. The Proposition...
  14. This concept is new and innovative. Several companies have danced around with this type of idea, but none have taken the concept to the level of implementation it deserves.
  15. The author is proposing a business model that actually goes out of its way to incorporate end users in their businesses and providing them with the opportunity to earn equity within the company.
  16. Conclusion
  17. The challenges with traditional approach to consumers, employees, and businesses is still the same as it was in the time of Henry Ford. Many employees are just at the poverty level and hardly will they give more than what they have back to the economy.
  18. The paramount aim of Socialize For Equity is to facilitate a robust synergy between consumer, business, and community through the use of social media platform. The relationship with the consumer will spur the company to produce better products and features with benefits that actually appeal to what they want.
  19.
  20. In turn, this will give back power to the consumer while taking care of some sense of community and ownership of the company because, communities always protect and guard their properties jealously!
