Does Akiva radiation connect to Hume in any way?

Akiva radiation is the fluctuations emitted by entities that have surpassed an absurdly high Hume (i.e. deities) especially with a connection to worship. A similar type of radiation slightly lower on the scale is Sigurrós radiation^6.
