Welcome to TEAM MAGMA.
My name is MAXIE.
You will direct to me as your leader.
We humans have grown on dry land. The land is everything! Its importance is paramount! The ocean has no place here.
That is why we of Team Magma are committed to expanding the landmass.
It will create space for new species of Pokémon to evolve.
It will give us humans more space to advance. That is Team Magma's vision!
And you are going to help us with that.
Females to the left, Males to the right to change into uniform.

M: Rose, why do you have to be so mean to me? We both got in like we promised.
F: That promise was a long time ago Max, when your dad was only just starting this team.
M: Well, yes, but- Oh! I'm sorry! We are probably both occupying your ears, yelling back and forth during the ceramony like this.
I'm Max, and that's Rose. You can probably tell who my dad is because our names are similar.
Rose: I still can't believe Maxie is your father and you are apologizing to a nobody. Be a man!
Max: Heh, well, going past that. What's your name?

Max: That's a really cool name!
Rose: Really? Complimenting someones name as if they name themself? You thank their parents if you really think their name should be complimented.
Max: Sssh, it's starting!
