- Description: Jika, a habitual criminal since he was 10-years-old who has been arrested more than 30x, broke into Ann’s home & beat her to death w/a hammer. Jika broke into Kelly’s home & stabbed her in the neck in front of her 1-month-old baby. Kelly’s fiancé arrived at the home moments later & fought w/Jika, who escaped over a wall.
