1. First of all a little source of all you need to know about Mr Nikola Tesla.
 2.
 3. Sadly, we did not do our part when the time was right. And the course of our history has changed for the worse as I can interpret. But that doesn't mean it has to stay the same.

 7. Nikola Tesla claimed to have invented a "death beam" which he called teleforce in the 1930s and continued the claims up until his death.[9][10][11] Tesla explained that "this invention of mine does not contemplate the use of any so-called 'death rays'. Rays are not applicable because they cannot be produced in requisite quantities and diminish rapidly in intensity with distance. All the energy of New York City (approximately two million horsepower) transformed into rays and projected twenty miles, could not kill a human being, because, according to a well known law of physics, it would disperse to such an extent as to be ineffectual. My apparatus projects particles which may be relatively large or of microscopic dimensions, enabling us to convey to a small area at a great distance trillions of times more energy than is possible with rays of any kind. Many thousands of horsepower can thus be transmitted by a stream thinner than a hair, so that nothing can resist."[12] Tesla proposed that a nation could "destroy anything approaching within 200 miles ... [and] will provide a wall of power" in order to "make any country, large or small, impregnable against armies, airplanes, and other means for attack".[12] He claimed that he worked on the project since about 1900.
9. can we start with what it is before we run off into idea's. accelerating matter grabbed at a distance with extreme force, or accelerating matter at extreme speeds before using electromagnetic repulsion to fire it. it was thought that a small patch of air could be grabbed at a distance and accelerated to deadly speeds remotely using teleforce, remembering also Tesla believed in lines of flux in the Aether field that could be used as conduits for energy. these idea's seem strange today because physics was completely different in his time.
12. this is a weaker version of tesla's work using powerful light to make the path for energy transfer. once a plasma path is created the massive electrical potential around the laser jumps onto the conduit to hit it's target in form of lightning.
