Covet: Coach Nevaro was on the mats with Cadence, running over the parts of their routines that she'd changed in order to keep her from anything that'd damage her later on as she began to expand. // Cadence nodded her head, she was feeling pretty good today, having kept a grip on her throwing up all day. Which was nice beacuse she was able to get some hydration in too. She'd shown up early to meet up with coach to go over the changes. // Kelsey was getting stretched out, just off to the side from where they were at... watching, and going over what she'd be doing during this. // Felix was in the Gym getting the rack of balls out, moving it ot the center of the gym, There was a small group of guy's that'd shown up, that hadn't been those left after the expulsion. He was looking them over trying to acess what their strengths were.

Alexithymiaa: -Steph wandered her way into practice, her phone in her hand as she typed quickly before shoving it down into her bag. Dropping her bag down against the wall, she walked over to Kelsey, trying to be sure not to disturb whatever it was that coach and Cadence were going on. "Hey. Congratulations on the award. That was probably the only award show Ive ever actually enjoyed watching." // Adam stepped gingerly into the gym with a bottle of water in his hand, looking around at the small group that had shown up for basketball tryouts. Recognizing only a few people, he started over toward Felix, keeping his voice down. "Is Remy still running basketball this season?"-
Tsaaq: Hayley came into the gym from the locker room. She stuck her tongue out as she put her things down and ran towards the mats. "Hey Kelsey! You rock. I'm supes proud of you." She smiled. "Sorry I'm late again couch." Hayley pressed her lips together, waiting for the potential discipline. // Remy walked into the gym with Coach Fitz, eyeing the crowd that arrived for tryouts but not yet giving them a good look. "Well I'm glad they didn't fire you Coach. It wasn't your fault... We should've told you about all that was happening." He frowned. // Fitz pursed her lips and went over to her little desk. "Yes. My team getting together and assaulting cheerleaders is probably something you tell me about immediately." She said. "Okay boys." She spoke up. "We've got a new semester and new rules. Because of the ones before you it is imperative that you all keep your noses clean. Literally and figuratively."
Covet: Coach looked over as Hayley came in then looked at the clock, "Oh, you're right. I didn' t realize it was this late yet." She looked around at The other girls and smiled, "You're all here and it's not too terribly late. Don't let it happen again, or at the very least give me a heads up. you guys have been good at making it to the other practices in the week, so I'm not going to be too hard on you tonight. //  Cadence  looked at Kelsey and grinned, "Yeah,  I'm a little star struck." She teased then stretched her body out  with them  trying to keep herself loose. // Kelsey  smiled and leaned her head to the side, "Aww thanks guys. I couldn't have done it without you too." // Felix looked at Adam and gave him a nod, "Yeah as far as I know. You trying out?" He asked then turned his head to see Remy and Fitz come in. He made his way  over to stand with the others that were there.  Nodding his head at her words.
Alexithymiaa: -Steph started to laugh at Cadence's wise crack, stretching her arms up over her head. "So what's on the agenda for tonight, Coach?" // Adam nodded to Felix. "Yeah, I was going to. Although I guess I'm not exactly an experienced basketball player. I thought it might be fun anyway." He gave him a small shrug, moving over to the bleachers to sit down as he listened to Fitz address them.-
Tsaaq: Hayley released an exhale of relief. "Yes coach." She nodded and went to continue in her stretches. "I mean, I think you could've probably done it with out me." She laughed a little and waited for Nevarez to talk about what they were doing that night. // Remy went to sit down with Felix and furrowed his eyebrows. "Junior?" He asked at the sight of his presence. // She took in a deep breath and glanced at her clipboard. "I need some good guys on this team because we have to rebuild our reputation. So far, we look worse than the football team right now. And they literally can't win a game to save their lives. So what I want is for all you guys to warm up then we'll run some drills. Now amscray!" She waved them away so they could scurry onto the court. "Twelve laps and twelve suicides, on the double."
Covet: "Tonight we're going to be going over the dance routine. I've made some changes to Cadence's part and I want to see how it looks all together." She told them. So finished getting stretched out and we'll get  started. // Cadence nodded her head, "No problem Kels, the shout out was pretty cool too." //  Kelsey laughed then felt the hood of her top rubbing along her neck, she pulled it away so that it didnt rub the make up she had there off. "Okay coach, we can do that. // Felix looked over at Adam and nodded his head, "Yeah, wants to try something new." He heard coach call out what they were supposed to be doing and got up  to jog around the court to do his laps.
Alexithymiaa: -Steph swung her arms around and started over for the mats so they could get in formation for their dance routine. "Oh good, no baby B mishaps then." // Adam nodded to Remy, beginning to push up to his feet. "Yeah, I'm not making any promises about my skills, but I thought it would be fun to try it out with y'all." Pulling his arms up into his sides, he started to jog his laps around the gym.-
Tsaaq: "Yaaay!" She cheered softly and wiggled with joy as she stood to her feet and went to join the other girls. "Yeah I don't think twerking is very classy while you're with child." // Remy nodded and went to run with the others. "Cool. Hopefully Coach likes you enough to let you stay. You fit the image she wants I guess, anyways." He shrugged. "How's the smoking?" He went to ask Felix.
Covet: Coach gave a laugh, " No, definitely not, I was more concerned about the tumbling in the routine, but that's also a very good point Hayley. // Cadence scoffed, "Please, I could still make it work. But I am a firm believer of not teaching that to children in utero or not." She smirked and made her way to her spot. // Kelsey laughed along with them, as she got into position, looking at Coach in front of them who was getting the music set up. //  Felix looked at Remy and shook his head. "You'd think tapering back would be easy right?  Not even close. I feel like I've been stuffing my face to compensate for the lack of nicotine." He said  keeping pace as he ran his laps, "Adam, I hope you're used to a healthy diet, because it's definitely useful."
Alexithymiaa: "I'm inclined to agree with Hayley on this one. It's going to be a hard no for twerking." Standing in place for their dance, she planted her fisted hands on her hips in a ready position. // Adam listened to the two for a moment go back and forth before nodding his head. "I eat at least semi healthy. And I was on Fall track and Spring baseball last year. I'm pretty up on all of my conditioning. Doesn't smoking make running harder for y'all?"-
Tsaaq: "You'll just be shaking up Baby B if you do!" She exclaimed with a laugh. "I mean, It's not the worst thing in the world but I'm sure Baby wouldn't appreciate it." She shrugged. "That's the type of thing that kind of ruins a child's life. I saw a PSA once where the baby could hear the parents arguing while it was inside the mom and it was sad but I forgot how it ended." She rambled. "Anyways, I'm excited to dance." She went to nudge Kelsey. // "I think you should just keep smoking just in secret like lesbian wives in romantic comedies." He replied. He looked over to Adam with wide eyes, just as he tried to hold back the coughing fit threatening to hit his lungs from the running. "Nah we uh, we work out a lot with Oz. We're fine." He lied.
Covet: Coach looked at  them and gave a laugh counting their beats in from the top  before she hit play on the song. // "Aww that is sad... but.. oh god... the things Baby B is going to hear...." She winced a little bit then laughs, "I guess it's good that we're familiar with how therapy works."  When coach called out the counts, she got ready, and started moving when the music started up to the changed choreography. // Kelsey gave a frown, "But that also means that you can play music for them. I bet Remy would really enjoy doing that." // Felix  nodded his head at Adam, "That's good, and no. Wheezing is like resistance training for your lungs. It makes you stronger." He said completely full of shit. "I'm probably going to end up doing just that, but she kind of trusts me to do this, so I'm torn."  Felix cleared his throat.
Alexithymiaa: -Steph started in on Coach's counts with the music, her motions moving crisply as she continued to count in her head. Her body swayed with the music. // "Like... lying?" Adam asked in his little innocent voice because LIE TO YOUR GIRLFRIEND? UNHEARD OF. He kept his good pace with the guys to finish up his laps, stopping for a breather between laps and suicides. "I don't think that's a very good idea..."-
Tsaaq: "Yeah he'll love that." She rose her eyebrow then scrunched up her face at Cadence. "Ewww!" She groaned and swayed, getting a feel for the music before her eyes fell on coach and began to move to the music, trying to stay in  the correct tempo. // Remy looked over to Adam and stared skeptically before going into a coughing fit. "You can't be completely honest with them. Or at least not when it comes to giving unneccesary information. Did Cadence know I slept with my neighbor in the past? No. Was she mad when she found out? Yeah. But not at me. More at the girl. So everybody wins." He wheezed and went back to doing his suicides, which was like committing suicide on his lungs.
Covet: Coach watched them  and nodded her head, "Looking good so far, make sure to keep everything nice and synced. Cadences don't forget  that half step...There you go. Kelsey you're dragging just a little. // Cadence listened to coach and did her best to remember the steps she'd just learned today to go with the music. // Kelsey picked her pace up looking over at Hayley to double check herself. // Felix jerked his head to Remy, "Yeah, something they don't need to know, Like how Bryan sent me money to stash around Steph's house so she coudl conveniently find it and not question it. Smoking is a little different, but if she doesn't ask how many I had, I can just tell her that it's hard, but it's going  alright and that I'm trying." He said then looked at the court, holding his side, before he kept pushing to get his running drills done.
Alexithymiaa: -Steph was breathing pretty heavily as they worked their way through the routine. Coming to the end, she put her hand up for a break, veering off to the side to grab her bottle of water, trying to catch her breath. "I'm just going to run to the bathroom." She called out to coach as she stepped out of the cheer gym and across the hall to the bathrooms to do the bathroom thing and eventually ruin to practice before catching a ride home with Felix. // Adam pursed his lips, not really wanting to agree, but also not wanting to be the odd man out here. "Yeah... I guess what they dont know doesnt hurt them?" He asked unconvincingly, beginning to separate off from them to run his suicides alone for the rest of practice because these guys are LIARS.-
Tsaaq: Hayley finished the routine and put on a nice big smile. It left her face when Steph jogged away. "Hm." She put her hands on her hips. "Looks like you need a little help Kels, want some?" She offered. // "Exactly. I'm sure there's loads of shit my sister doesn't know about-" He watched as Adam went to jog away from the two. He turned to Felix and shrugged. "He must really want to get on the team..." He trailed off.
Covet: Coach nodded her head, "Take the next little while to work out the kinks you have."// Cadence watched Steph take off to go to the bathroom, hearing coach she decided she was going to step out so that she could go watch the guys through the doors to the big gym. // Kelsey pushed her hair out of her face and wiped the sweat on her neck smudging the make up, so the red and purple looking mark could be slightly visible. "Yeah, Just to go over the last two eight counts. My mind is kind of out of it today, not much sleep and all the excitement yesterday. " // Felix  watched Adam, then gave a heavy sigh, he was working so hard mostly to give the kid a good example, but now that it was just him and Remy, with the rest of the people spread out, he let up a little so he didn't feel like he was dying.  "Yeah, that's good through right? Hopefully he can shoot a ball, we might be able to get him into shape. "
Tsaaq: "Yeah, no problem coach." She called out. "It's also about counting in sync in your head so we're all on the same page-" Hayley began to explain as she swiveled her hips. She turned her head and her eyebrows knitted at the marks on her neck. "Brad was happy yesterday after you won, huh?" Hayley said jokingly, looking away awkwardly. // "He's always been like that." He waved his hand at him from afar. "He fits the bill for what Fitz wants. He's definitely a keeper. We'll probably have to help him become a better baller if anything. And that shouldn't be hard." He shrugged.
Covet: Cadence slipped into the gym, and watched Remy getting his run on, finding a seat on the bleachers, she pulled her hoodie down covering her pudgey tummy to stare at him, in not a creepy way. // Kelsey looked at her hand then gave a groan, "Yeah, he was but.. that's not from him. It's, complicated." She said then nodeed her head, moving along with Hayley, keeping count. "I keep slipping just a little behind because I'm over thinking the counts and making them longer than they need to be. I'm not listening to the music, focusing too much on the moves." She said shaking out her arms.
Tsaaq: "Oh... " Hayley continued to look around awkwardly. "Well that's none of my business" She said as she laughed nervously. "Anyways, listen to the music. That part is super important." // Remy huffed and puffed as he went over to the bleachers. He looked up and saw Cadence. "What happened to practice?"
Covet: "Sorry if it makes you awkward. I'm just... not really proud about this. It annoys me actually." She grumbled then nodded her head, "Yes, let's go through it  again, I think I've got the motions down, I just need to focus." // Cadence looked up at him biting her lip, with a smile, "We're more or less done I think. So I was going to  come watch my sexy hubby.  You alright there?" She asked him hearing him breathing hard. // Felix went to go find steph and go home with her and all of that.
Tsaaq: Hayley's eyebrows rose. "It's not that bad it's just that. I don't know." She shrugged. "I can't remember the last time I've even had a hickey." She shrugged. "And I didn't realize you and Brad weren't mutually exclusive." She murmured. "You'll get it Kels." // "Yeah I'm fine." He sputtered at her. "You look sexy though. So sexy. And your tits look great." Remy went to sit down beside her as he put an arm around her.
Covet: "We are, but we aren't? There's... things we enjoy that requires other people, so it's a different type of exclusive." Kelsey said trying to sugar coat it, "I don't mind them, when they're wanted. But I wouldn't even offer you this one, if I could." // Cadence looked down at her boobs, "This sports bra, is barely holding them in. But it keeps them, held in and from getting sore." She told him, "Are you guys done?" She asked with a  little yawn.
Tsaaq: She nodded her head agan. "Some creep huh?" She asked. She moved from the matts so she could get ready to leave. // "Pretty much." He answered. His eyes immediately went to her chest. "Oh yeah. I noticed."
Covet: "Definitely." Kelsey said with a nod. "Want to walk out together? I should go see if Brad got Connor to sleep alright."  She asked her with a soft smile. // "Good, because I want to get ice cream before we get home." Cadence told him as she stood up and gave him a hug squishing his face with the bewbs. " Then maybe we can have some fun with it?"  She asked as she held out her hand to him.
Tsaaq: Hayley bit the inside of her cheek and nodded. "Yeah. I'd probably feel better if we did. For both of us I mean." She answered. // Remy smiled because, boobs. He stood up as well and took her hand. "I'll gladly get ice cream and fuck. Where's the harm in it?" He asked with a laugh."
Covet: "Of course, I'd feel better about it too." Kelsey said with a nod, then went to get her bag. She noticed the message on her phone and sighed messaging Jason back as she dropped her phone into her gym back so she wouldn't see the notification if he responded.  // "None yet, but Your sister says that babies can hear muffled noises, I don't know how that makes me feel about the later months, so we should probably get as much as we can in now." She told him, laughing along as she headed for le vehicle.
Tsaaq: "What's wrong?" Hayley asked as she looked over at Kelsey's phone then pulled her gym bag closer as they went down the hallway. // Remy was laughing until he heard her. "Wait... What?" He asked as he stopped in his tracks, looking not so amused."
Covet: "Sperm Donor, trying to make demands. I'm not dealing with him tonight. I realize he doesn't have to be a parent, but I do." She said as they walked. // "Yeah, she said there was this video, where the baby could hear the parents yelling and fighting all the time and it was sad. " Cadence told him, turning around to look at him, "But it's too early for that. Baby B, can't hear anything like that yet."
Tsaaq: She scoffed as she rolled her eyes. "Exes are the worst." She murmured as they went out to the parking lot. // Remy began to smirk then cleared his throat. "Oh okay. Uh. Cool." He said but really, it was still on his mind THE REST OF THE NIGHT.
