Ixion shudders as strange shadows bloom under his skin. Toothed cogs interlink in strange, occult patterns over his figure, and an ominous tolling fills the air.

Carrion Eater Rolsand D'Cente has entered the realm of Lusternia.

Carefully tilting an iron pail filled with the tainted sands of Nil so as to allow the grains of sand to fall out in a controlled manner, Vatul slowly crosses the centre of the room, drawing the first line of a large pentagram across the floor.

Nodding in approval, Veritus n'Rotri says, "Yeth, go on."

Starting at the end of her previous line, Vatul begins pouring out sand once more while walking at an angle, creating a large, tilted 'V' in the centre of the room.

Pivoting to her right, Vatul carefully draws the third line of the pentagram, crossing the first line at exactly a third of its length.

Turning to her right once more, Vatul creates another line of sand straight across the first two pentagram lines, arriving atop the right horn of the unholy symbol.

Pivoting once more to her right, Vatul draws the fifth line of sand from the tip of the right horn of the inverted pentagram, careful not to step on her work as she crosses the previous lines.
