- The hard truth behind PBA’s Social Environment
- Within 3 years, the amino’s state had turned into from a cesspit of ambitious artists into a mess of ambitious toxic war larpers. It’s not even an overstatement since it was visibly present, but was not taken seriously or the fact that it was accepted as the new status quo. Jokingly harmless statements suddenly turned unironic and radicalized under the false context of satire and “sticking to Polandball’s roots”. The thing is, there shouldn’t be a radical side at all. Polandball was meant to poke fun at everyone from all corners of the political spectrum, along with laughing at some of the most absurd moments in histories and the stereotypes derived from said histories. The gradual rise of right winged influencers eventually lead to this unbalance of what’s socially acceptable or what not. A simple “I like Israel” or “I support lgbt” can spark an entire party aiming to cancel whoever made the statement, regardless of which person they are. Polandball was meant to shit upon both sides, not to be biased on one particular side, and PBA shouldn’t be an exemption.
- The rising tidal wave of toxicity will eventually lead to the amino being inactive, especially if its content creators, mainly the artists, are being discouraged heavily. All for the sake of tradition, we fail to realize how this obsession in keeping the fire from burning will eventually lead to the wick being extinguished anyway. We kept being salty on the opinions of others out of spite that the ideology that we had bet upon is not being practiced enough. What the fuck are you all, Neo-Nazis? Stalinists? Libertarians? Anarchists? No. You are all losers attempting to corrupt the purpose why Polandball exists in the first place. Nobody gives a damn if you dislike a particular group. Keep that to yourself since nobody asked at all.
- We come to Polandball Amino to poke fun of history, and to portray history as balls. We express this portrayal through our own creative ways, from arts to comics. It didn’t exist to become a vessel of political clusterfucks, it existed to become a platform for comic makers and artists alike.
