Greeting: Copypasted, pasted correctly. The greeting was good.
Rules: Rules were copypasted. There was enough time between each paste to
read it.
Jacks: Jacks were explained by the host. Trainees did well during JJs and
completed them quickly. GJs went a quickly aswell. HJs went surprisingly
good without bigger issues.
Formations: Basic formations were practiced. Trainees did decently but it
could have been better.
March: Marching rules were stated.
Obby(short):
Obby(long): Obby rules and obstacles were explained. This batch of trainess
did well at this obby.
Side notes: Has good grammar. Wasnt strict enough during this training in my
opinion aka despite trainees breaking the PTS rule many times, no warnings
were given. Is mature.
End(CET): 14:40

RATING:

Crowd control: Greeting-March: Host had to handle some minor rulebreaking.
Other than that nothing happened. Obbies: Trainees broke the PTS rule
behind the hosts back.(-1 Point). During the short obby trainees broke the
PTS rule even more and punishments were given too late.(-1 Point)

Pacing: Greeting-March: Everything was done very quickly and still without
mistakes.(PTs are really too short now.) Obbies: Obbies were done very quickly
too, with every pair of trainees being fast.

Hosting procedure: Trainees were greeted properly. Proper rules were stated.
JJs were done. GJs were done. Basic formations were practiced. A march was
conducted. Obbies were done.

Conduct: Greeting-March: Host behaved properly and made no visible mistakes.
Obbies: The host behaved well and didnt make any mistakes aka was mature and
such.
